Basically, I'm quite satisfied with your services. I have always been treated fairly and any questions were answered quickly and professionally. Having knowledge of Insurance Company's processes, I believe Allstate has always treated us ethically and within the scope of our coverage.

Hello. I wanted to share my experience with Eric Miller Allstate agency. I gave his office a call from receiving a flyer in the mail. I was fortunate to receive assistance from Susan. She showed me how I could save money by switching my home and auto insurance. The process was so fast and smooth. Susan's customer service skills were unbelievable. Eric Miller and his staff have been on spot with every question I’ve had through the last fifteen years! My parents are customers of Eric Miller Allstate. In these trying times an employee called my parents today to just give them a wellness check knowing they are in the at risk bracket. Offered to shop or pick up anything they needed and they would get it for them and drop it off at the house for them. This is true personal service. Can't speak highly enough. Of them.
