Penn Station East Coast Subs

Tonight 2/20 was my first time trying Penn Station, as Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a young lady behind the counter. Who went over the menu with me and helped me decide what to order. The young man at the grill came over and spoke with me as well. Over hearing that it was my first time, the staff was very pleasant. The food was phenomenal. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a classic Italian, It was also free cookie Tuesday, which even sweetened it more. Excellent staff, Excellent customer service, and Excellent food, would definitely recommend.

Quite possibly the most friendly Penn station I’ve been to! My wait was longer and the nice gal gave me a lemonade & cookie! Seriously the best customer service. Thanks to their team!

I ordered from this restaurant, I really liked the cheesesteak. It was hot and delivered very nicely. I definitely suggest the food I ordered.

Penn station is always good but the Hampton location is amazing! I’ve been going to this location since i was a kid I’ve tried other location around stl and they’re good of course but I’m not sure how the hampton location always has AMAZING employees!! They are so nice, quick and efficient! I know it’s just sandwiches but they’re seriously hard workers!

Great food and people. They serve fresh lemonade, fresh cut fries, cookies and subs made to order. You won't be eating anything that's been sitting around for hours under a heat lamp here.

Really great food and excellent service. Will definitely go there again. You can eat in as well if you want it's very somewhat diner style but it looks really nice plus a public bathroom.

This my 2nd time in a week that I came here. I always like my teriyaky chicken done in a special way and Mark the cook always does it right!
His co worker Dee couldnt be more nice and polite with taking care of my order and I noticed hes the same way with everyone.
I highly recommend this place!

I came during rush hour and it was only them 2 working and they made everyones food just right!

Purchased a turkey provolone and was very tasty. There was a little bit of a wait, so best to order ahead of time if you're in a hurry. Cashier was polite and courteous. Also, their fries are delicious!

Everything was as asked for. The fresh cut fries were piping hot fresh with just the right amount of salt. One of THE fastest Penn Stations I’ve been to!

Miss this place out west.. always stop when I'm in the area.. fast.. friendly..

Just great. Fantastic friendly service. I absolutely love Penn station. I was shocked to know we had the option to dine in given the current status with Covid. We just got carry out, but it was nice to know. Hot, fast and fresh. Honestly I'm used to less than friendly service at most fast food places within the city limits. Pleasantly surprised with the happy, friendly staff. Will be making this my regular location from here on.

First time trying it and it's mouth watering fresh and you could get the subs hot or cold I prefer hot and the fries omg..you may as well plan your funeral after your first frie..😆. The sandwiches or subs are so good I went back the very next day again.👀😊

Stopped in for lunch takeout. Great food and service as always, but somebody should probably turn on the fans. Kind of warm, earlier.

I was greeted with a hello when I walked up to the register, and after receiving my food I was told to have a good rest of the day. It was very clean inside (floors, table, windows, etc). Once my food was ready is was hot, fresh, and delicious! My sandwich was made perfectly. The young ladies working today did a great job! A+

Very clean place, friendly staff, and amazing customer service/appreciation. One girl in particular Tabithia was so sweet and patient, never made me feel rushed or like she was too busy to take my order. Very uplifting environment, quick service, and an outstanding new addition to the PennStation culture. I think I will even recommend PennStation more now that I have seen and had the same outstanding experience everytime I go in and see that she is working. Keep up the good work PennStation. You rock at sandwhich making and employee selection.

I wish the employees wore masks, but otherwise, the store was clean, the food was fresh and everyone was nice. The Caesar chicken wrap has a LOT of chicken. So good!!!

They have lots of good food and they serve all kinds. No angry orks here. Mina loves the lemonade, and Yuna loves a lot of those home made cookies. Now if only they would learn to share.
