The salesperson (Mathew) did an exceptional job in explaining all my options and what were the pros and cons of each boot. He reminded me to come back for cleaning and conditioning. It has been a long time since I have seen an employee who really takes pride in how they represent their company. Matthew deserves a raise!

My husband was in need of new work boots. We stopped in last Saturday, the store was really busy when we stopped by. I was impressed with how attentive and interactive the employees were with all of the customers in the store, while busy with the customers in front of them, they still managed to greet each customer when walking in. We didn’t wait long and once the employee got to us, he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We’ll definitely be returning for his future boots!

Only place I will shop for boots. They have the most comfortable shoes I can wear all day at work! The coolest measuring system too that scans your feet for the perfect size boot and the perfect insole for my feet

First time shopping here and had a great experience. They put me on a machine in order to analyze my feet, arch etc in order to determine the right fit for me. Would recommend and purchase from again.

Expensive store, no matter what you get. Most boots are above $150, with the highest being $350 from what I saw on the shelves. I really like their 6 inch king toe boot. I run around and get into virtually every type of waste imaginable and they hold up each year until I get another boot voucher from work. They replace laces, repair, and clean the boots you buy from them for a year as a type of warranty. Pricey but worth it. My picture is of the one I have after a year of working 50-70 hours a week with almost no time sitting around.

My first time with the Redwing experience, and will not be the last. Mathew took outstanding care of me. He ran through all the options very patiently and knowledgably answered all my questions. In this day of awful customer experiences, this place is shining star of excellence.

The gentleman working the day I visited was courteous and knowledgeable of my company's shoe policy. He was very helpful. I like the fact, that the store is located in Merrillville, IN. I think it should be larger and more staff.
