I took my mom's Buick for an oil change & yes, we had an appointment. Everything was okay except a senior male was having difficulties with the coffee maker & when I walked up to the customer service window & asked the woman what was happening she told me that she didn't know how to use the coffee maker but walked with me but she appeared to be reluctant about it perhaps because she didn't know how but then another older gentleman was there & he assisted the senior man . Awesome ! Thanks sir for going the extra step!

Starting with the sales manager who took the time to answer my question even though he was clearly busy. Then arranged for me to meet Daniel a very respectful sales person who answered all of my questions. Was never pushed into buying or even felt that! Very professional! Out of ever place I have ever been to purchase a vehicle Schepel is by far the best!! Daniel is one of the nicest and most respectful sales associate I have ever meet! Made sure everything was done and even after I purchased my truck he still called a couple of days after just to make sure I had no issues or questions!! I actually like this place. Having a Cadillac means coming here to get services and what not, but they stay on top of their game and makes sure every customer has the best experience. With first timers, once you've been I'm there you'll end up getting the hand of it.

Service Department was extremely personable. The customers' waiting room is nicely decorated. Coffee, tea, and various treats are available to keep the customer content and happy while his/her vehicle is being serviced.

I wasn't here for me, but that didn't change how nice and helpful they were. My dad just bought a GMC Canyon from them and wanted some things added on to his truck. He's a truck driver who obviously has odd hours so he asked if I could bring his truck in and puck up the courtesy car. They had no issues with that and understood that I have a slight problem that effects what I'm able to drive. The day I dropped off the truck, everyone I had to deal with was upbeat, friendly, and just made me feel at home. Although I am loyal to my Chevy trucks, if I ever wanted to try something new, I would go definitely go here!!!

After fine job they did in Serving my personal car I followed up & took my Wife's car there for Svc.She could not have been happier with the performance of her car after maintenance + the Car Wash.. I Scored some brownie pts.w/that one..Happy Wife Happy Life...so they say !

You can NEVER go wrong when you purchase a vehicle here. Sales people are courteous, straightforward and not pushy. I’ve bought 11 new and used vehicles in the last 28 years. 4 from other dealers and the rest from this place and they are the best.
