Just want to start off by saying I believe it was the GM was very sweet and helpful!! The frontline person his name tag said Nathan was very friendly and had amazing service. Their team got my food out very quickly and they were doing their thing very great will definitely visit again!!

The food is delicious. Curley fries were fresh and hot. Roast beef was sliced perfectly thin. Fresh and hot with a perfectly toasted bun. Staff was very professional and friendly. The store was very clean.

Madison took our order and her customer service was top tier. The food was also hot and fresh. Kudo's to everyone at this location.

This Arby's location is the best I've ever been to their service is impeccable. Always friendly staff great management. Their drive through service is always fast the menu has all your favorites but also always has something new to try so it never gets old or repetitive. 5 stars everytime.

Loved that I could place order on their app, AND GUESS WHAT?? This was the first time I've ever gotten a correct order from a fast food restaurant here in Granite!

Two words Nathan Johnson! This location always has fresh food and is clean but Nathan is like the cherry on top. He always has a smile and delivers great service. The food is great and he really is a gem.

I have NEVER had a bad meal or experience at this restaurant. The food is always hot and fresh no matter what time I've been there. The staff is very friendly and diligent. I've dined in once and the store was clean. This is one of my favorite restaurant's in my town.

Good if they don't do like Sam's Club charging North County residence 17 or more over for products and gas because of the color of our skin

Food was hot and the order was correct. Everything tasted the way we expected. The person working drive thru was friendly and did a great job.

Food was great and fast. Their food is quite pricy compared to other fast food restaurants so don't eat there very often. But staff are always friendly

The young man that waited on me was fantastic 👏 he made sure my order was accurate and hot. The new fish and fries is a 5 🌟 meal. I never used to eat Arby's because I don't like roast beef but I saw Arby's commercial for the fish and I am glad I went 😅 I have eaten Arby's fish meal now every day since last week and I always order 2 meals. I plan on eating it 4 or more times a week. It's the Granite City, IL store. 😋

This Arby's is one of the best fast food restaurants in our town. They almost always get our order right and are courteous, quick, and efficient. My only complaint is that our fries are usually cold and just not great, but that's curly fries from any restaurant any more. The good curls from Hardee's 20 years ago are long gone.

I always get the French dip with crinkle fries. And ever since they introduced their new lemonades I love the strawberry variety. I'm glad we have an Arby's close by.

I was on my to work like always stop by Arby's like always and something rare happen they gave me the wrong order but I was running late and only noticed it when I was already at work. They are still my favorite

Service was great. Extra friendly. Food was marvelous. Fresh. Hot. Soda. Just right. Clean and rest room clean.. personal were right on top of our order. Quick service, a pleasurable experience. Will eat there often..

This establishment has improved white a bite over the last year.

The Ruben sandwich is so good, one of my favorites there. I've never had the onion rings until yesterday. They are on past with Red Robin's onion rings. Dip them in Horsey sauce and Ketchup for an extra treat.
