Always smooth sailing when I come here, most recently it was radiology waiting room was full but I got right in. the tech was super nice and made my experience pleasant. Overall appears to be a clean hospital, was informed that mask mandates are still in effect. Not many places are these days. So they gave me a mask. Friendly helpful staff at the er desk as well. Had good answers to my questions. Super long wait in urology however, no seats in waiting room and I waited for 45 minutes in the doctor's office thingies before4doc came in. I wasn't too bothered by it because my doctor is fun, energetic and positive all around. Plus I had my phone during the wait so time flew by.

The nurse is such a nice and caring lady!! She takes pride in her work and takes excellent care of me! Lisa the NP is very nice, patient, kind and caring she takes time to go over everything with me! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I only have had positive office visits. They listen to my concerns, and suggest the best route to take to receive relief. I am never embarrassed talking the to NP or nurses. Always sets my mind at ease.

I had a great experience with Dr Williams and his team. My procedure was painless and easy. The follow up was fantastic, thank you Tom and Kim, you kept me in the loop throughout.

Although I did have to wait 1/2 hr. after my appt. time, I wasn't rushed out the door. I had several questions & concerns & Lisa listened & answered all of them.

Needed an appointment quickly and the nurse took care of within a few hours. Staff is awesome along with Dr Williams, he's the Best!

My experience at urology Associates LLC have been fantastic.Dr.williams and N.P. Lynsey nursing and office staff have made me feel very comfortable and reassuring in the most frightening and embarrassing moments. There professionals and caring and are very responsive getting things done thurally especially when the need is there. I want them to know how much positive affect this has had on me and I know in my heart they will continue this type of professional passionate medical care for all. From the bottom of my heart I personally want to thank them it couldn't be better.

I was extremely pleased with my prostate surgery experience yesterday. Everything was handled well and in a timely manner. the entire staff was friendly, helpful, competent, and personable.
