Eric & Don (sales manager) exceeded our expectations. Purchasing our vehicle from them was just as easy as it was "back in the day." Honest, not pushy and really had our backs as customers. My first experience with Bosak Chevrolet service department was a good one! I was waited on right away. The service rep. listened to the issues with my car and conveyed them to the mechanic. Within reasonable time they were able to diagnose the problem. Although they did not have the parts in stock to fix the problem, they did order them and will call when they come in. Very pleased with the service.

I really appreciate all the team did for me in getting me into my 2024 chevy equinox!! They guys were so friendly and kept me updated every step of the way!! Way to go guys. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

I loved my experience. I knew what I wanted when I went in. Eric was absolutely the best sales engineer I ever had. Ni pressure very helpful and friendly. Damon the finance manager was wonderful and quick. Everyone stayed after closing to get me my car. Then next day helped me set up onstar even drove my other vehicle home and my old vehicle broke down. Eric and his porter pushed my car...stayed with me. I cant thank them enough that was above and beyond. Eric then made sure after my old car was towed that I made it home safely. Seriously...if your buying a car go to Bosak ask for Eric...tell him Desiree sent you...you wont be disappointed going there...only place I will ever be buying from here on out!!!

Big thanks to Erin today! I called as we were on the road when the diesel exhaust fluid poor quality warning light came up. We had about 200 more miles to go to our destination on a Friday about 2 pm. She did not hesitate to allow us to come by to determine if the dealership technicians could help in trying to fix this problem. We are currently waiting as they were able to determine what the issue was, get the extended warranty approval and are now getting a part replaced.
