Stopped in on a recommendation and was greeted by the incredible owners who I could’ve chatted with all day if I didn’t need to go to work. Im trying to make my chocolates last so I’ve only tried a couple so far but they are INCREDIBLE. Each one is beautiful to the point that it’s almost hard to eat but so worth it when you taste that amazing chocolate! Thank you Susie and Richard! It was a pleasure to meet you both, can’t wait for my next visit 😊

Stopped in on the recommendations of family. The lady working was just wonderful. She told us times for leaving the desserts out prior to eating to make sure they were at their best. Prices were very reasonable. We loved, loved "the chocolate dome" because we don't know the actual name. Wonderful experience and we will be back to try other items.

I haven’t been at the store, but I’ve enjoyed the chocolates at a few events and one party. Each time, everything I tried was delicious! The treats were pretty, too. Looking forward to trying more in the future.

This place is so exciting! To have this in Valparaiso and not downtown Chicago is a treat for us locals. The chocolate is high quality, delicious, and definitely tastes as good as it looks. The prices are extremely reasonable for such quality. Some of the individual chocolates were $1 each, some were $2. I was also very happy with the helpful kindness of Juanita who waited on us. Thank you and I'll be back!

You want fine Parisienne chocolate, in Valparaiso Indiana, this is your place. But just because price is low, doesn’t mean quality is. Like I said, it is incredible! It’s is a world class chocolatier shop. I want to go here everyday, chocolate is superb, pastries are divine, service above the rest!

Worth the hype. Got chocolate for Valentine's Day for my husband...he said it was the best chocolate he's had in a long time. We'll be back!

Stopped by whilst visiting from Wales and was greeted by the very friendly and accommodating Suzy. The chocolates and cakes not only looked delicious but tasted just as good as they looked. Highly recommend.

This place is truly a work of art. Every piece of chocolate is artfully made, with full and wonderful flavor. Absolutely unique and beautiful.

It is absolutely outrageous that they charge so little for their amazing selection. Each unique item is well worth 10x what their prices are. The community it spoiled to have such a treasure.

Take the time to make a trip out to this place. It's well worth the drive. Trust me, I came all the way from Detroit. Beyond happy with the place.

The quality is second to none. The creations are beautiful and initially you almost don't want to eat them because you don't want to destroy something so amazing.

You get over that after the first bite. Visual bliss turns to taste bud heaven as the myriad of flavors and scents cascade over your senses.

Very friendly people Richard was very nice and took the time to explain to us everything they make. The chocolate is mind blowing. One of the best me and my wife ever had.

This place has the best chocolate. Today I just ate one of there famous chocolate caramel candy made with Weller 107 bourbon. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

I came here because I was at the Mexican grocery store across the street and it just happened to catch my eye. When I googled it I saw chocolate covered strawberries in those are my weakness so I decided to stop inside. I felt kind of bad because they close in 30 minutes but I really wanted to give it a go The woman there was very nice very knowledgeable knew everything about every single chocolate there and didn't seem to care that I was there a half hour before they closed she helped me she talked with me she acted like she cared and it seemed sincere and genuine and I will definitely be coming back here very very soon. Definitely my new favorite chocolate shop highly recommend and the chocolate was delicious as well as the chocolate covered strawberries

This is the absolute best place to cure your sweet tooth in Valparaiso and likely beyond. Presentation-wise, everything looks way too good to eat. Don’t let that stop you because everything tastes ridiculously good, including their non-chocolate tarts/cheesecake. It’s even more amazing knowing one person made everything in the shop. Treat yo’self and stop by Evolution ASAP!

Literally everything is so insanely good.
I don't know how a place with this extraordinarily high quality ended up in Valparaiso (I instead of Chicago, NY, etc) but it's out of this world.
The whisky infused chocolates are sublime.
Try everything. You can't go wrong.
If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

My friends and I were hanging out and decided to go to this amazing chocolate shop to pick out some delicious chocolate treats to try. The chocolate desserts look very beautiful and hard to resist. My friends picked a few yummy treats and I picked a few as well. The chocolates have a wonderful taste that I couldn't explain. I will definitely be coming back for more yummy chocolates to try with new flavors.

This place is the best. The owners are the nicest people and love what they do. There is always something new to try and I use this as my go-to place for holiday and birthday gifts.
The desserts are amazing! One of my favorites is the raspberry tart. I'm not a huge fan of chocolate (I'm weird, I know), but Evolution has something for everyone. The macaroons are out of this world, too!
If you're needing a pick-me-up, try the nitro-coffee.

Don’t miss it!!!! Some of the most delicious chocolate I’ve ever had! And definitely the most beautiful to look at. We went for ourselves, but it would be a great gift because it’s so pretty. The prices are affordable for handmade chocolate. Our favorite- the stone (we had a jam flavor with white chocolate mousse on a chocolate cake). It’s gorgeous and the texture + taste are so perfect together. I’m sad we don’t live nearby, because I want more!!

Their macarons are simply to die for! These were the first I ever tried years ago and ever since I've tried them now and then, both in Indiana, Chicago and abroad and these are still BY FAR the best I've encountered. I tried them again today and they were just as I remembered; sublimely perfect. They have a delicate outer crunch and soft, chewy inside with lovely filling. Not cloyingly sweet or the wrong consistency. You cannot beat these!
