Love this nail salon! Clean professional and friendly service. It is best to make an appointment. I have been to 4 different salons in the area and would recommend this salon over all of those. Dawn did an excellent job and fixed an issue I had from another salon.

I walked in during “rush hour” and was given an accurate estimate for my wait. It was clean, well decorated, and busy. Great prices, I paid $35 for a pedi plus tip. Katie was excellent!! Very good pedicure with a great massage! I would go back but I do not live in the area.

I saw Katie today, she helped me find the colors I was looking for for my wedding on Friday :) . She was patient and honest with me about what she can and can’t do which is a breath of fresh air! She was very detail oriented which is what I’m looking for in a nail tech. She took her time with me and I really am appreciative of that. I took a photo; the pic doesn’t do it justice, but Look how amazing my nails look!

Been going for over 10 years!!!! LOVE Julie, Andy and the staff. I go EVERY 3 weeks and have never been disappointed. Julie does my nails and Andy does my toes.

Could not say enough positive things about my experience. Julie took her time and got my dip manicure absolutely perfect, even though I was a last minute end of day appointment. Everyone was really nice. Prices were super reasonable too. I found my new nail spot for sure. I can’t stop looking at them! I love them.

I have been a customer for the past 4 months and so far it has been a great experience. Shannon does a fantastic job filling in my nails, shape them, and repairs them with care when needed. She is super chill and does a fantastic job with her nail designs! I highly recommend her but please try to book a appointment a week or so ahead. They do have walk ins but they are usually busy. 10/10 recommend La Spa.

Best nail salon that I've been to in a very long time. Stylish decor, Very Clean & open atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. Katie did an awesome pedicure & she's super sweet. I highly recommend this nail salon!

The negative reviews here seem to mostly have issues with walk-in or last minute service - the thing is, this is a busy, well frequented nail salon with a lot of regulars. You often can't get walk-in services at that type of salon. If you call ahead and explain clearly what you want, there likely won't be any issues! If you need a walk-in appointment, this probably isn't for you. I've never had a problem getting in within 2-3 days of when I call, but often they do have day-of appointments! The owners are SO sweet and accomodating. They are always greeting repeat customers by name, asking about families, etc. Some of the reviews really paint an unfriendly impression on LA Nails, and that just isn't true.

I tried a few other Valpo and Crown Point nail salons before I got to LA Nails, and none of them compared. I've been here 15+ times and am very picky about my nails. I've lived in NYC, NJ, Boston, Portland, Maine and this is reliably the best gel manicures I've received. They last sometimes more than 3 weeks! The new salon is so bright and professional, it's very clean, the TVs always have nice shows (not news :) ) on. It's a great business with really great, kind employees.

Called to make an appointment for a pedicure and they were able to get me in the same day. Salon is very clean and staff is very nice. Amazing pedicure!

Kaitlyn was able to squeeze me in last minute for a manicure and pedicure. I had gone a few months without a pedi and even longer for a mani so I was way past overdue. She really took her time to make sure she got everything and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely be coming back!

LANails is the best for acrylic nails and pedicures! I had Julie do my nails for several years and never once was I disappointed! I have move to another state now and am having a very difficult time finding a good nail salon!! At L.A. Nails prices are fair, staff are all friendly and kind. When my daughter would come for a visit, she would want to go to Andy to get her nails done. She said it was always the best mani-pedi she had ever had! I miss them so much!! If you need a good nail salon, go to L.A. Nails and tell them Anita sent you!

Love them! Andy is awesome for pedicures. They are always so polite, friendly and prompt when making an appointment.

New to the area and after recommendation from a friend, I went here. Andy did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure. After a week my nails still look very nice.

I was in today to get my nails done for prom and they turned out amazing. They were all very nice and Julie did a wonderful job. Will definitely be coming back!
