Jana is the best! She can tell you the best plan for your individual and family needs.

She is personally invested in making sure her clients recieve the benefits they deserve and each year she will personally make sure you are taken care of. She helped me file my claims, organize my documents, made sure my claims were processed quickly, that my funds were submitted to me electronically and followed up with the necessary people. She made the claims process easy and efficient for me. As a small business owner this was the best investment I've made for me and my family!

Jana handles my law office's AFLAC account. She is easy to work with and gets annual enrollment done quickly. She works with each of my employees to fill out and submit their claims forms and also checks to make sure there are no unsubmitted claims for each person at annual enrollment. I recommend her services to anyone.

OMG, A Thousand Blessing, upon this young lady. She has been more like a blessed friend & truly more than just my AFLAC Agent. I have bugged her at odd hours with questions that a normal agent/person would have stopped answering their phone when she saw the name pop up!... But not Jana, She answers and I can feel her smile across the line and her, always Cheerful "Hello" resonates in my ear. This lady should get an award for her troubles alone, let alone the time, patients and care she has provided (just for me) to AFLAC Members like myself. She has provided myself with coverage information I require to submit and takes the time to ensure that I use the correct form and documentation applicable to the request. I can always count on Jana to be kind and understanding. I know if I didn't have Jana to assist me, I'da' lost out on thousands of dollars, I never would have never submitted for but been covered for! A blessing is what this lady is. I'm so lucky (along with her, I'm sure other clients too) to have such a wonderful AFLAC Agent. If they have a award for Insurance Agents Jana Wentzel should get a truck full of em! And AFLAC coverage is so amazing I'll keep em both as long as I can. It has more than paid for itself a hundred times over, in the past year alone!
