Companion Pet Clinic

I have fixed 3 cats and a bunny at this location and the staff is amazing. The front desk is not at all rude as previous reviews suggest. As long as you have a basic understanding of human decency/politeness and understand that you and your pet aren’t the only patients being treated (in other words, you and your pet aren’t the only ones who exist) and stop to see how busy this location is…. You will realize how much they run to try to fit people in and do right by owners and their animals. I as well as friends that I’ve sent there have never had a bad experience.

We woke up at 4am to find our cat meowing non stop and her hid legs were paralyzed. She was 11 years old. we figured the best option was to put her down and out of her pain. Everywhere else, we called didn’t have same day or needed an appointment. It also happened to be the cheapest option as well. It felt like a win win. It was the closest to home, was able to help us right away and cost the least. In an emotionally trying time they were so helpful and comforting. Thank you!

Has a great experience getting in the same day for the medication that my dog desperately needed. I was so stressed because his next dose was almost due & everywhere else I called said they wouldn’t refill or that I needed to establish long term care etc etc. Before I called companion no one was listening. They understood the urgency & took time to review my dog’s previous records as well as cell phone videos of his condition. They were affordable & I was in & out in about 2.5 hours total, I would have stayed all day to get this accomplished though. Thanks Companion pet clinic for great service.

Great care and service .
My weenie dog had a bad tooth . It needed extraction and a cleaning. They were able to do it that day and for way less that other clinics. He did great . I hope that my future visits will be just a good .

Staff is always polite. The dr is always caring. Very informative and low cost. Looking at these reviews I’m not sure why nobody likes the older receptionist. I think she’s spunky and fun. Always been helpful to me.

They have taken good care of our two dogs and two cats. They are affordable and it’s convenient that they take walk-ins. You may have to wait awhile, so be prepared. For more serious issues, we take the animals to an animal hospital in Milwaukee, but they are great with the basics. Staff is great as well.

I had 2 of my cats fixed here and it was a great experience. Very affordable and the process was easy. They do not honor appointments so just be ready to come in before they open.

My daughter, Nicole brought our chihuahua in to have 14 teeth extracted. He had severe tooth decay. The dog was a brand new dog within a few days. Every other vet quoted us 3x the amount we were charged by Companion. We were so pleased with the staff and doctors. Everyone was so informative and so nice. They exceeded our expectations.

I’m not sure where to begin❣ We got a puppy, that had a deformity, (check out the before and after pictures) back in January 2022 Dr. Koller was the one to see him. He was so very kind, also very thorough in letting us know the issues. We were informed he had more going on then what is seen, very rare condition.... Also told us, that very few live to his age, of the time, 11 weeks! Because it lays them wide open to bacterial infections 🥺 He told us to keep doing what we were doing.... and when he matures enough, he will provide the surgery....I asked what are we looking at for cost.... he told us around $1000...Yikes! We thought we need to take him back😢 I had sent pictures before going to Companion Pet, (all other vets were like 1 month to 2 months before they could even check the little guy out...😬😵), anyway to NWSpecialists, but they didn’t get back to me, about him for about 5 days, and quoted $6000😵.
Dr. Koller is older, lots of experience and skill, and a heart for what he does❣
The puppy, was for A friend, She had lost her fur baby a month before, and was having panic attacks again.... so we were looking for one we could afford.....but when we seen him, oh my he had the sweetest eyes, very expressive 🥰 anyway a friend told her about what was going on, about the time we decided we needed to take him back! But she wanted him, we let the people know they offered us back the money and $100 towards the surgery, who does that??? anyway, what a sweet little boy ❣

The reason we had to foster him , was because she has 2 birds that make quite a mess with their feces, which would have compromised ‘Marleys‘ life. She has changed his name to ‘Tiny’ But while going through the medical issue, it had to stay the name we had given him, before she knew of him.

So from January 13, 2022 until current, although in about 10 days he’ll be going to her home😢. But we do get to puppy sit, about 4 day a week😊.
The kindness of Dr. Koller was so appreciated.... and he really liked the little guy❣ He said he was worth fixing if someone could! Dr. Koller did an amazing job, we thank him so very much🥰. The techs there are very wonderful❣ Janet took care of him and us as well, lovely lady🥰. There is a older lady, that is a bit bristly, but I realize she Is a big hearted love.😊...I suspect she’s dealt with the public... that maybe not so kind...😢. I seen one women, that was a bit rude towards one of the gentleman techs, a very nice man! Unfortunately, I’ve worked in the public.. so I know how it can be🥺. I bit of kindness from people can go along way.... especially for ones dealing with the public and trying to provide a service for us! My Basset Hound had to have surgery for "Cherry Eye". They were very responsive, reasonable price-wise, and skilled. Surgery was a great success.

Updated Review: I took my dog in for two reasons yesterday. He had a tumor in his mouth and a broken toe. I went early in the morning to make sure they had the time to deal with him and to avoid a long wait as they are a walk in clinic for every one else and that is expected. They were able to knock him out, remove the tumor, get him a splint, and neuter him (since he was already put under) and this was all done for a very good price. Front desk, vet techs, and the doc were cheerful and as helpful as they could be

After two months missing my cat, I received a call this morning from Companion Pet Clinic, I was told our missing cat was there and in a very healthy state, I am so excited and jumped my car with my son(it's my son's cat) right after the call. And it's our cat!!! I asked whether I need to pay any service, I was told no need to pay. I was so happy and appreciate their generous and great care! Thanks!

Took my Husky and my German Shepherd puppy in for shots and flea tablets. Treated them very well

I love this place it is affordable and you get good quality care. Some of the Companion pet clinics offer kennel services for when you go on vacation and can't bring your pets. I talked to someone who has been going to this vet hospital for 8 years. They said this vet hospital set the golden standards for vet's in there book.

The vets and the techs are AMAZING! My dog needed ACL surgery which isn’t a small task by ANY means and she had zero problems after the surgery with her leg. (She did need more pain meds poor girl). But otherwise her scar is beautifully healed and she’s doing great! I couldn’t have asked for a better vet and assistants to help her feel better! So thank you guys 💜
