PSA , what an amazing group of people. We got a new roof and they did all the work. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and they know what our policy covers and makes sure the insurance company doesn’t give us a hard time.

“This team is amazing!!! Tracy and the team handled my hail/wind/storm claim from beginning to end. They were efficient, very timely and answered all of my questions, extremely professional & they don’t take no for an answer from the insurance companies... they definitely fight for the homeowner!!! I would have had no idea I was covered under my policy. I was able to continue to work and live life, they handled everything and I got to see all of their activities online! PSA goes above and beyond.
My advice: Do not go through an insurance claim without them!

Their transparency allowed me to see what was going on “behind the scenes” at all times, and I know without a doubt that I would not have achieved the recovery they did without their help.

Such a great experience!

Do not use this company! We had a roof claim and contacted this company on May 8th, it took almost 3 months for them send someone out to look at it. They submitted a sky high estimate to our insurance company, including stuff that wasn't related to the claim. Our insurance company laughed at them. After that, there was no communication from our adjuster, Halie. My husband called her every other day for two weeks, leaving voicemails and still got no response. It took finally calling and asking to speak to someone in charge, and Halie finally called him back and said there was a glitch in the system. He let her know that we are done with this company and them wasting our time. I would give negative stars if I could. First we got screwed by our insurance company, and then by this company.

PLEASE BEWARE!!!
And look else where this company will nick and dime you of your money and do the bare minimum
Just look around for a more established and reputable company……
