Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Loved, loved, loved my food here! Ate here with my family of four, most of us loved our meals, my dad not as much but I think he just ordered the wrong thing. I got the avocado burger, and not only did all the flavors blend together super well, the burger itself also had amazing flavor! All the portions and everything were substantial enough to match the price. And having an unlimited side helps as well. I had the fries and also ordered a serving of the bacon and cheese fondue, which paired great with the fries. Staff was also very friendly and patient, overall a great experience!

Bottomless fries, fantastic burgers, fast and fantastic service! Can’t believe I haven’t been here before this past weekend! Kids loved it and will come again.

Waiter was Awesome! Super friendly and very helpful. Food was fresh. Only downside was us having to hunt someone down to get refills on the root beer floats and fries.

This place is on top of things. The seating wait was only 2 minutes. Our waiter was quick and friendly. Our food was out on no time. Christopher, our server, kept us refilled with drinks and fries.

Had a great experience here! Our server's name was Leslie and she was totally awesome. She came and checked on us often and was very helpful with recommendations as it was our first ever visit. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and the fries kept on coming hot and fresh. They were delicious! The restaurant was clean and orderly. I was nervous with other reviews being negative, but it must be day vs night because I can't think of a single thing I was dissatisfied with. Perhaps going around lunchtime to avoid crowds is the best option. Overall great experience and we will be back!

My review is for the above and beyond kindness and help by the manager, Brett. I have a client with a cognitive disability who mistakenly put a very large total sum on his lunch receipt. Brett figured out a way to help us hours later when the error was caught. Over the phone he listened patiently and found a way to credit the complete overage back to my client’s card. We are all grateful for his help. Thank you!

I don't know why the reviews are all over the place. I was concerned about giving this place a chance, considering the reviews. But, we had an amazing experience! Great service! Accuracy in our orders and the taste of everything was awesome! Thanks, Kristin!

I got the vegetarian burger and it was great. I was happy to see that they had an option like that that actually tasted good. The food was great but our waitress Calli made it even better. Calli was extremely nice, easy to talk to, and very helpful during our entire dining time. I messed up my order and she promptly got it fixed even after we had already ordered. It’s nice to see waitresses that actually enjoy what they do. Thank you Calli for making Red Robin’s even better!

Red Robin was the place to be today! Friendly staff, hot and fresh food, and 90's music playing. Will be back for sure.

Loved this place. It was a bit pricey, but it was well worth it. Will definitely be returning.

I'm a big fan of Red Robin, and I've had a few to go burgers not taste as good, but the last two visit have compelled me to write a review. The burgers have been cooked absolutely perfectly. The new patties are working great. The fries both times have been perfect as well. Perfect balance of the soft with the crunch texture. Drinks have been spot on. Thanks Red Robin staff for being so great!!

Everything was great. Pre-birthday dinner with brother, niece, my Dad, and me. Red Robin is a safe option for my Celiac brother.

Everything was fine, and our waitresses added bad croutons to my brother's salad - but that was the only issue.

Employees seem happy, always a safe place for some good food. We visit here often.

Did take out again. It's always hot, fresh, and ready on time. And the food is prepared as requested.

First time I ever been was very surprised by what they had to offer.
