My experience has been tremendously helpful and professional with a warm welcoming type of welcome home hospitality. Products are top grade, they was more than willing to work with me regarding the financing of the hearing aids and a reasonable monthly rate. The following up services are just as courteous and professional as the first intake. If there was anything bad to say about the company it would have to be that they serve bad coffee, but heck, even the free coffee was great. So A++++ from beginning to end and everywhere in between. Thank you Midwest, you were a Godsend!

My brother and I both went to Midwest Hesring this morning, May 18, for hearing exams. First time ever going there and we were greater by a very nice young man, we filled out some paperwork and.proceeded with doing our tests. We talked and then fitted for hearing aids. The young man was very nice and we were treated with the upmost respect, I was very happy to have gone there!!!

Midwest Hearing has been a quality centered and customer friendly intervention in my experience of needing a hearing device. They surpassed my expectations in providing me with a product of higher quality for a more reasonable price than I had experienced earlier with other hearing aids. I am more than satisfied with Midwest as a friendly service provider and Hearing Specialist where the customer's needs are thoroughly addressed and given top priority from the minute you enter their office.

They were very accommodating. I missed my appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in. A small adjustment was made and I was quickly on my way. Great service.

Friendly and courteous service. They were able to see me when I arrived which was 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment.

They always have a smile for you. They also take time to explain any questions you may have. I would recommend Midwest Hearing to any body. I don't think you will find a nicer place or people to put your trust in. Plus I really love my hearing aids. I have only gone to the Lafayette office and will continue as long as they are in business. Wonderful staff! These place is beyond great. Very caring and friendly people.

I have nothing but praises... the staff so supper nice and friendly. Never did I feel rushed and all my questions were answered in terms that my brain could comprehend. I was shown all options in hearing aids and they diligently placed me in the proper hearing devices...I am so thankful and grateful for making that call and scheduling my appointment...you cant believe the sounds you have missed that I can now hear again. I highly recommend...

UPDATE: 7 MONTHS LATER...still the best experience in follow up care. The staff still greets you at the door and has an actual conversation with you...they answered all my questions and gave me options to choose when different situations occurs...I am highly impressed and reccomend this place to everyone..
This was the best decision I made...getting hearing aids and choosing this place...

My husband has been seeing Charlie cash since he started wearing hearing aids. Our dr. Sent us somewhere else and we were very dissatisfied with the company. We returned to Charlie and his care and concern to help and make sure his patients have the proper care is beyond reproach. Couldn’t ask for a better man.

Very pleasant and always greeted with a friendly smile. Can depend on honest answers with helpful solutions. Appreciate the genuine business ethic. And I like the people.

Fantastic customer service. Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and caring. I've been to two other places with bad experiences at both. This was third time the charm! Definitely recommend them! Awesome people, took their time to help me understand everything and was funny at times. Which was a nice thing to have now adays. It was a joy to spend time a business like theirs.

I have been coming here for 5 years. I continuously see multiple new people coming in for service or help in regards to their hearing. The people at this office are absolutely incredible. The staff is VERY knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely friendly. Before putting my hearing aids in for the first time, the finest details were explained as to the new noises I would here. Once the hearing aids were put on, it eased the anxiety I would have had since I was experiencing sounds I haven't heard for awhile. Should those details not have been explained, chances are I would have thought they were defective. So far it's just learning to adjust to the sounds but I am pleased with the company, my device's and the staff.

They have always taken great care of me. They spend as much time with me as needed, and they answer all my questions with great detail if needed. They resolve all issues with their products promptly and efficiently. You are in good hands at Midwest Medical Hearing.
