Munger Park

Very neat and clean. Nice walking trail. Quite surprised to pull out a crappie! I also got a small bass.

Nice park for families wanting to get out the house and enjoy some fresh air.

Cute park! Paved trails, good for fishing, has a pond on one side and playground on the other. Pond is at the Greenbush Dr entrance and playground is off Union St, both ends have parking lots. The side off Greenbush by the pond has picnic shelters with one grill and bathrooms

This park is very beautiful ,offset and very private where you can admire the beauty of Nature. Definitely a great place to go when you need a little peace and break away from the chaos of life and the day, all the people that I came across at the park were very pleasant and it was just nice to see kids playing and laughing, and other adults enjoying doing some other things I personally enjoy as well like cooking on the grill, fishing, picnicing and talking with friends.. It's a nice park that very close by yo somewhere i needed to be at the time for work..Me and my dog Yulia really enjoyed the walk along the trails . I will definitely revisit.

In Lafayette for a wedding. Kid needed to burn some energy. Lovely little park close to our hotel with a simple playground and walk path. Restrooms adjacent were clean and enough to get the job done.

Peaceful and clean nice place to walk and sit down for lunch

My nephew and I went night fishing Thursday night and we were about to grab one channel, but the fish was a pretty small one, threw it back hoping for more, but it just didn’t happen. Great time spent, we will be back.

The trail is wonderfully maintained and a joy to walk on. The fishing is great, and the playground is an awesome place for my son to play. They also have a small exercise area that we like to frequent.

Very surprised how quiet it was. Area where children play was nice and not crowded. Great access to parking and close to walking/jogging area around large pond which was larger than I expected. Large grass area for sports or just enjoying along with shade trees and tables for eating or just sitting and enjoying the area. Highly recommend visiting and enjoying quiet time.

Great paths to walk the dog on or just bike and/or jog.

An inner city retreat,Chattam Square Gardens is just beyond the parks boundry and has two asparagus heavy lots for rent with tools on site,make the kids happy to play at park while you weed early and often. Call Purdue Extension office for details

What a wonderful park! It's very clean, and so peaceful. The paths are well maintained, and easy to walk. Families were fishing in the ponds; frogs were croaking in the reeds. A thoroughly enjoyable few hours to spend walking with my Son. The entrance is almost hidden on Greenbush. Find it! I hope you'll enjoy the park as much as I!

I love walking on the paved trail, and looking at the ducks and geese in the pond

A wonderful place to find a variety of things to do. The south end off of Union boasts a great children's playground, and even has an adults fitness section if you want to get a walk and workout in. There's a trail with a little bit of elevation, and a mile marker map to let you know what distance you're getting. It's just long enough that you don't get too bored, but not so long that you're too far away from your car when you get tired. Looped sections, ponds and wildlife, restrooms and shelters, this place has it all!

This is a great spot for bird watching and fishing. I love coming here to walk my dog and myself. I just wish there were more trees for shade. It can get extremely hot during the summer.

Sidewalks all around the pond are very nice. Grass mowed well. Shelter, restrooms good condition. Parks staff on the grounds, working and cleaning. Great family park.
