McCaw Baseball Park

My son and I love going to McCaw Park it set up very nicely and good for the kids to run around and have fun

Great park for kids of all ages! My kids love the unique playground equipment as well as the variety they have. As a parent, I enjoy that I can sit in the covered shelter and see every part of the playground so my kids can't escape!

This park was so fun! They have tons of things to do on the playground. I loved the springy turf rather than having wood chips on the ground underneath it. There's a playground for toddlers and a playground for older kids near it.

I enjoy this park. It is pleasant, peaceful and allows kids to play in a safe place under the site of their parents or guardians.

Named in recognition of a $ 70,000 donation from William and Michele McCaw, this popular, 26-acre park serves residents on the east side of the community.
There are two shelters available to rent at McCaw Park. Both of the shelters can seat 50 people comfortably, and each can be rented for a fee of $35.00. One shelter is located next the playground off of Union Street. The other shelter is located near the basketball and tennis courts off of Union Street.
The shelters are available to rent for a daily basis (10:00 AM - dusk) on each day of the week.
Shelter reservations are final and NON-Refundable.

New playground great for kids

The best park in Lafayette. My kids always request it by name. Great play equipment and a rubber squishy ground instead of wet mulch, so your kids don't get messy!

Take my kids here all the time. Very clean and just a nice little park. Very well kept. Love this place

Our 10 year old loves going there. Always lots of kids to play with. Rubber mat "floor" makes it safer.

It sure was beautiful however I was actually here due to its proximity to the #5 Firehouse of the Lafayette Fire Department to Vote! At the intersections of Creasy and Union St, is where you can find this beautiful area.

Very well maintained, nice play area for the kids, with a covered picnic shelter, and tennis courts.

Nice ballpark and fields. Happy to see the youth ballplayers have a good time.

Lots of nice trees (particularly several Bald Cypress). A nice playground, baseball diamonds, and pickle all court.
