This company had its rough times in the past, per the other reviews, but I have had them for almost a year and the service is impeccable! We had only one instance where our internet slowed to horrid speeds, I called, and although they didn't get back with me on it (turns out high call volume), they fixed the issue quickly! Fantastic signal in storms, the way they spread out their signal speed is amazing, and their workers are just fantastic to work with! So many friendly, hard working, and trustworthy people work here! I would recommend this service to anyone that has the ability to use it, much better than the Spectrum I had a while back!!

In 10 months our wireless internet has only glitched a couple of times. It is wireless, so there will be occasions when it can bog down a bit, but seems mostly weather/storm related. There was one day that it was down altogether due to a lightning strike on the Baty Road tower, but was back up in less than 24 hrs.

It's slightly more expensive than in some markets, but for the Lima area it's about the best rural internet service that we have found. Service seems to consistently work with minimal provider issues and drama.

I've had there service now for 7 months now. We have been extremely happy with their service. Their customer service has been incredible. If we have any issues they have been outstanding. Would highly recommend their services.

We recently switched from Verizon to them. Customer service is very polite, installation guy was kind and we're getting GREAT Internet service. The cost is much lower, too.

Weve been with them for a few years now so can share my experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Occasionally internet runs slow and occasionally its faster than my plan (can be frustrating at times but it happens). Usually when i have an issue and call them they get back in a reasonable time with answers or help. Unlike some others i havent had bills increase so appreciate that. If i need parts they usually have options instead if here ya go buy it. All in all i am satisfied and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

While they couldn't help me (because I have so many trees, could not get a clear path to one of their existing towers), they were very pleasant and offered to contact me when they add another tower nearby. Let's hope.

So originally I had DSL 10 mbps was the fastest I could get. And it was a constant battle just to get 2 mbps. And it cost 100 bucks. So a friend recommended satellite connection. I called and asked, will I get the advertised 20 mbps (for 100 dollars) or will it be throttled back at certain times? Nope, the lady said, you'll get the 20. So I signed up. The tech came out and was the most professional tech I ever had. Also, he assured me I would get 20 mbps. I knew that was to good to be true... That was about 4 months ago. Since then it's been hit or miss at best... Sometimes 50 mbps but usually 2 to 5…, or it just crashes altogether. Now I'm not mad because it seems it's a technology that just been accepted as,"that'll do"... And people complain and nothing gets done. So at best I'll have this for a bit longer then go back to the dsl because when it did work I could use multiple things at a time. So two stars. Just aggravating for the price.

Called to report our internet not working at 10:45am on 10-24 my husband talked to a woman for about 5 minutes and she said she was gonna look into it and she would give us a call right back, well it was 1:45pm our internet came back on and we never heard from anyone! We then lost our internet again at 10pm saying the exact same thing it has been connected with problems excellent signal! I've never had a complaint loved the service but the last 3 weekends we have had trouble all weekend and we decided to call this time, first time dealing with someone through this company and the customer service wasn't good! If you tell people you are going to look into something and you will call them right back you should probably do that, especially when you close at 1pm and our service was still out and then we lost it again the same day!

Very rude. I just got hung up on when trying to find out why they could not provide me service as a renter. Do they not provide service to renters? Is this some exclusive home-owners only company? I am willing to sign their contract and be responsible for any fees imposed should I leave the contract early. But that doesn't satisfy them because I am a renter and thus not tied to that land (although I own the land the house is on, just not the house per se... I grew up there and it's in my family's name...) But apparently none of this is good enough and they would rather I wait and call them in a couple months when I can get a homeowner to sign up himself. So thanks, I just moved and need cable and Internet immediately. I was so excited to find this company right in my area but when customer service actually turns out to be abysmal, I'd rather not get involved. Because I am a good person and treat others, and especially local businesses, kindly. I'd love to get the same respect as a potential patron.
