I came to Oregonian credit union to refinance my vehicle. Despite a seemingly stressful process, the professionals at OCC were experienced, friendly, and patient as they assisted me throughout the refinance process. Not only did they give me a stellar rate on my loan, they answered all my questions and quickly expedited the process. Overall, I would highly recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Melissa at Oregonians Credit Union for a HELOC on an investment property. Traditionally, I've done my banking with another local credit union where I hold multiple HELOCs and checking accounts. While I've always had a great experience with them, I wanted to diversify my accounts. When I discovered that Oregonians offered super competitive HELOC rates—surprisingly, even better than my other credit union—I decided to check them out.

From the get-go, Melissa's patience and dedication were evident. Even though I peppered her with numerous questions (sometimes repeatedly), she always addressed them with clarity and patience. Apart from assisting with the HELOC, she also helped me open two additional checking accounts with Oregonians.

Despite my visit being late on a Friday, an hour when most look forward to winding down, Melissa and the team at Oregonians were incredibly warm and friendly. Their professionalism combined with genuine kindness made for an unparalleled banking experience. I have been a member since the 1970's. Credit unions enjoy certain advantages over banks, and personalized service is at the top of the list... . Some banks seem to be eliminating live tellers in favor of lobby terminals for customers to interact with. Not here at Oregonians, where you are a member first, and you are greeted with a cheerful "welcome in" as you walk through the door. Their loan rates are competitive, and you would be wise to consult with their financial planner. (Sooner than later, so you will have a more secure future - especially if retirement is not that many years away. You will be happy you took that step.)

Chelsey helped me navigate a confusing process involving a name change and information needed to complete a transaction on line. She was professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Her expertise alleviated what had been a stressful situation.

I was not physically at the Credit Union recently. I just sent a payment to my Credit card by mail. When I do go to the Credit Union in Clackamas, they are always friendly & provide excellent service.

Recently, I was able to work with the Mortgage Department at Oregonians Credit Union. Andrew Davenport, my contact, was very helpful and professional. Specifically, I appreciated that my calls were either answered or returned in a timely manner. Weekly updates on the status of my mortgage were extremely helpful.
I can’t imagine any other mortgage acquisition experience being more efficient than the one I had. This all being said in spite of the pandemic and staffing shortages/challenges that have occurred.

She reached out to see about helping me save money with my loans and credit cards, and she did it just because she is looking out for her members! She was so great to work with she answered all my questions before I even thought of most of them! She was always there if I had anymore questions pop up later! I have never been happy with a banking experience, until Oregonians Credit Union. I am treated like a valued member. Nicole has helped me set up a beneficiary, and personally walked me through improving my credit. I’m also checked up on from time to time just to make sure I have everything I need. Plus, every teller I’ve ever worked with has been extremely helpful and friendly. I would rate them 11 stars if I could. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a bank or credit union to join Oregonians Credit Union.

I chose Oregonians Credit Union to refinance my mortgage because they had the best rate, and fortunately their excellent service matched their excellent rate. April was available and communicative throughout the process even when things took longer than expected due to my travel schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Cathleen “Cat” was so VERY helpful , and was such a pleasure to speak to. She showed genuine concern and attention to my issue and went the extra mile to investigate and get me the answers to my questions. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH with this credit union ! My husband and I have been members for many years and have been very pleased the way we are always treated with respect and would and have referred people to this great credit union , including our own children on their way to adulthood.

Back in October My bankcard was stuck in another shared credit union bank’s atm. I left for vacation and came back thinking it would be here but it never arrived back in November so I called again and had them ship a new card to the bank so that I can pick it up from there in case it got stolen. I’ve been waiting patiently for over 2 months to get my card with no success. I kindly called the bank yesterday and LisaMarie answered. She was so helpful and so understanding. She called the bank office where my bank card was supposed to be shipped to to see if they’ve received my card which turns out it was shipped to me but I never received. She then followed it up with an email and a voicemail to let me know that they will be expediting my new card to me due to the long wait. So grateful for their promptness and customer service.

The customer service is always great so no surprise there. Everyone seems to go the extra mile with providing me with helpful information or updates. Recently, I walked in and instead of getting my usual hello, I received a "hello, Jennifer!" I was so surprised! I wasn't expecting that. I had only interacted with Chelsea a few times prior. Honestly, I didn't even know her name but after that I made it a point to find out. The personal greeting really made my day.
