We are new to returning to Lafayette CoreLife. We’ve been quarantining for three years. The menu has changed a bit since we’ve been there. Our favorite The crispy Southwest Bowl is no longer on their menu. Even though it wasn’t on their menu anymore they were happy to make it for us. Now when I say us , I mean (1) autistic child who insisted on eating hers there. (3) other Southwest Salads to go . After seeing their macaroni and cheese (the best macaroni and cheese we’ve ever tasted!) We also added two side orders of the macaroni and cheese! Also, two side orders of sweet potato fries! This whole order was made to perfection in lightning speed all with a cheerful, friendly, and welcoming smile! This was at 12:00pm at the height of the lunch rush on Friday 10/20/23. To say we were all very, very impressed is an extreme understatement! I tipped these extremely hard working employees 25%. I feel I should have tipped them more! Excellent food and excellent customer service! I just couldn’t let this go unnoticed. Thank you again!

My mom and I come here every time I'm in town. The food is delicious and the employees are so friendly and hardworking. Thankful for a healthy option when it comes to "fast food".

I'm a big fan of this place. For a vegetarian, there aren't many yummy options in this small town, but core life is my go to anytime I need to order food. They've never got my order wrong even though I always customize.

Enjoyed a healthy flavorful lunch. Had a great meeting with a college over lunch in the very friendly atmosphere with privacy. This was my first visit not my last

Everything about this place was awesome loved the atmosphere the food was delicious everything on the menu was tasty even the vegan stuff.

I absolutely love this place! The fresh veggies, the selection, the ambiance are all great! I had the Shittake Tofu Broth Bowl this time and it was so good. I have had the Greens and ancient grains before too. The staff is always very helpful which is nice if you aren't familiar with some of the more exotic ingredients.

Good healthy food. Fully recommended. They could have a better selection of sauces though, the one they gave me , they told me would be tasty, but was bland. Overall the ingredients are very fresh.

Elevated service. Colorful sweet,savory, spicy, sumptuous dishes. Vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, and other healthy dining options. Great dine-in ambiance. Indoor/outdoor dining. Takeout and delivery options(via doordash and grubhub). I highly recommend this dining option!

Personal recommendation: tuna poke(extra tuna add mandarin oranges) for spicy sweet savory experience!

Southwest Chicken & purple rice

I have nothing but all great things to say about this spot! Great fresh food. The bacon blue steak salad is my fav , ur mac is bomb and the sweet potatos are a must every time ! Love the options of fresh juices and tea too! Always clean , quick and always friendly fun staff! If your trying to lose weight ... This is MY go to spot !

Best place to eat real, organic, fresh and healthy food. Even the chicken tastes completely naturally. 100% better than “Chipotle”.

They make it how you want it. This restaurant is pretty cool. There are so many options. There are salads to soups to rice bowls. There's also tons of drink options. You can get pretty much whatever you want. I have only gone once but there is so much to come back and try. We got a caesar salad and a Korean bbq pork bowl.

The Southwest Chicken bowl is the tastiest. I also love the selection of drinks - hello cranberry cayenne lemonade!

The south west grilled chicken bowl was delicious . The staff were super helpful and nice .

Love the fact that this is a healthy alternative to the normal fast foods around town. Very impressed.

The BBQ Ranch Chicken Rice Bowl is so tasty and flavorful, and since it's from Core it's relatively healthy because of the fresh and made from scratch ingredients. Highly recommend giving it a try (or craving it like me).

Excellent place to buy fresh nutritious food. The food they have here is also very tasty. They have a wide selection of healthy foods and a large variety of salads with many different toppings. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good quality fresh food with substitutions to anyone's diet. I had the regular Greek Chicken & Quionia bowl, but I substituted the Quionia for bell pepper as I am on Keto. Also, I had the green tea drink and a cup of beef bone broth. The outside patio area is great on a sunny day. Staff is welcoming, and the dining area is clean.

Best part of traveling to Lafayette is having a healthy place to eat. Love the broth soups and all the salads. Generally will visit 2 to 3 times during my travels. Nothing else comes close and prices are very reasonable.

Wonderful food, great variety and caring and friendly service keep us coming back again and again. Make sure you try their black tea, it's delicious!
