Fairfield Lakes Park

Nicely maintained primitive trails. Very clean and no trash. Could jog or just enjoy a walk. Easy access from town to enjoy a some nature but at the expense of a little city traffic noise.

Love fishing from kayak here over shore fishing. Only thing that sucks is the gate gets closed at 8:30pm even in summer when there is plenty of daylight left

Hidden gem. Very peaceful. Good sized parking lot. Several benches along the waterline & walking trails. Good for fishing. Wildcat access site adjacent

We have been going to Fairfield Lakes Park for several years now. We love to take our dogs walking on the trails, especially during the sunrise! We really enjoy capturing the changing leaves during the fall as well. Fairfield Lakes park will always be one of our most favorite places to photograph couples as well!

It also seems to be a great place to Fish! We always see families fishing in the early AM!

Always a beautiful experience out here. Always can catch fish and it's nice to go out on the water.

It's so well keep, peaceful, and fairly safe.
The lakes, and Wildcat Creek are monitored by local police, and DNR. GREAT PLACE TO GO BY YOURSELF, OR WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!!

Very nice lakes for fishing or even just paddling around in a kayak or canoe. No motors allowed. No launching ramp accessible by vehicle, you must be able to carry or wheel your vessel to the water. There is a pea gravel area to launch.

A great place for a range of activities: trail walks, fishing, picnics, creek wading, plus it's a GREAT spot for family pictures!

Awesome park to fish at! Lots of great spaces to go and the water is well-stocked with Bluegill, Crappie, and SM Bass, among others. Will definitely fish here again in the future!

Had a nice hike around one of the lakes while fishing. My friend caught a nice Largemouth Bass on a spinner bait during our visit.

Beautiful park clean waters nice people great trails good parking that's close to the lakes and doesn't cost a dime besides a fishing license.

Quiet peaceful place. Caught and released a couple fish and a turtle. Still have 2 more lakes to explore.

Wanted to fly my drone over water and found this park. Worked out great. Saw some people fishing and walking their dogs and seemed like a really nice place. Didn't know about it until yesterday but will definitely be back.

This place is great for fishing and you want to just enjoy wildlife there, go ahead

I was passing through, and I found it a relaxing place to take a walk or sit and think for a couple of hours. I was there on a beautiful Saturday in June, and others were there kayaking and fishing, making the park feel active, but not crowded. In the summer, the park closes at the earlier of dusk or 8 PM, and I lost track of time and didn't realize how quickly 8 PM came up.
