We have worked with Jack and Nancy multiple times over the last 10 years and they always take such great care of us! We have purchased multiple beds, furniture, lamps, etc and the prices are always great, the service is top notch, the delivery is on time! We highly recommend JR Furniture in Gresham for all of your home furnishings.

I have been a JR Furniture customer for 15yrs. 3 couches, 2 bedroom sets. I made the mistake just a few weeks ago and went to Ashley furniture and bought a couch and chair, BIG MISTAKE. The service there is the WORST. Should have read reviews. They (Ashley) kept changing my delivery date, which I told them the day I purchased, I had to have it by a certain date, they assured me no problem 🤨 date change was twice. Frustrated I went to JR Furniture with my tail between my legs for cheating on them (LOL) met with open arms by my guy Mark (best salesman) he let me know they had the exact set, and not only did they have it, he gave me a return customer discount, guaranteed me a date that was even better then the original date of Ashley. So with what I spent at Ashley (got my money back) I was able to get my set, delivery and 5yr warranty from JR Furniture. This is why I will be a lifetime customer. JR Furniture has ALWAYS gone above and beyond in customer service. You just can’t go wrong. Thank you so much JR

I took my mom furniture shopping looking for the perfect tiny sectional AND the perfect platform bed in a full size. We visited a couple different stores. JR furniture had BY FAR the best quality, selection and the best pricing that we found. Also, Mark, our sales person was absolutely amazing. He went way above and beyond and got my mom everything she wanted. Definitely going back there

We bought our first couch from them. They had a special going on that day & were able to give us a quote & honored it. It was a no pressure buying experience. We had to go in a couple of times & when our sales person Nancy (she’s awesome) was with another client, the other staff filled in seamlessly.

We had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company not reaching out, & when we called JR, they had it resolved next day.

We couldn’t be more happy with the service provided & I think that it is worth noting!

Went in to look and wasn't harassed like usual. Walked around and found what I wanted and got it paid for it delivery set up for a few days later

shout out to Cyrus ! He is a breath of fresh air ! Was shopping marketplace for a smaller dining set. Little did I know, people can be stubborn and flaky. I decided to go to JR Furniture to see what they had. Cyrus was right there every step and with my husband on the phone as I was sending pictures. Not once did Cyrus seem irritated as to what I was doing that was taking some time. No pushing what so ever and let me do my thing. I am a previous customer from years ago. I will continue being a customer with Cyrus right by my side. Thank you Cyrus for making this a great experience for us! If anyone out there is reading this review, Ask for Cyrus, he will take care of everything !

I recently bought counter stools and could not be happier with the experience. The selection was better than the other furniture stores, the price was better & the service from Mark Evans was excellent from start to finish!

I walked in the door and was met by a smiling face by the name of Cyrus. He was knowledgeable about the furniture and the manufacturer. He assisted in the color of the furniture including pillows. I would buy from him again.

Customer service matters and is the reason for my 5 stars and future loyalty in shopping for our furniture needs. Our sales person John H. Was great! Store has decent selection and price point options. We had an issue with a TLC brand sofa sectional and store manager Ed was very positive and helpful in supporting us with an agreeable resolution. For these reasons I recommend JR Furniture.

Their pricing was fair and reasonable. Sales staff was friendly. We had scheduled and paid in advance for delivery. We ended up picking up our furniture piece rather than using the optional paid delivery. The delivery charges were credited back to us. However, the charges were credited back initially as store credit, which we did not want. While it took sometime to finally get our delivery charge credited back to our bank card, the manager was directly involved in seeing that everything was done to our liking. Good customer service!

I was stressed because a different furniture store I originally went to told me that I wouldn't get my furniture until Spring 2021. Later that day, I went to JR furniture and they had exactly what I needed and it was delivered the next week. Awesome and easy shopping experience, thanks to help of salesman Michael B.

We moved here from Colorado after buying a new home. I have almost an entire home to furnish. I decided to check this place out because they carry all of the Stanton furniture brand. I worked with Ryan and he helped me pick out the perfect living room set, complete with custom fabrics. He gave me the absolute best deal by far of any competing furniture store in the area. He understood my budget restrictions and has been super helpful at every point of the process...even after I paid. The third party delivery service they use is awesome too! I couldn't be anymore please with this entire purchase experience. I'm definitely going to be a loyal JR Furniture customer. Going to use them to furnish my entire home!

My wife and I came in here about a week ago. I was looking for a couch and she was looking for a new recliner. A nice man named Jack approached us and assisted me in finding a nice couch. About 30min later, I found a couch that I absolutely loved! The staff here is very nice and very accommodating to our needs. Thank you Jack for helping us the other day. We greatly appreciate it!
