Chili's Grill & Bar

05/25/24 - Chili's hasn't been on my radar for years. It was the 3 for Me commercial that drew me.

I usually get a meal after a flight in Indy but it was a holiday weekend, so we came here, Chili's.

About the 3 for Me deal, you may think you're getting a lot of meals to choose from but that's not it. There are three or four meals at $10.99 the other meals cost more.

Kobe was our server and he made for a great experience. He's the reason for the 5 🌟 rating. He was friendly but more importantly he was accurate with our order, drinks and meal.

He took the time to answer questions and make recommendations. When I asked for Cherry Coke he offered to make it out of grenadine 😋

I ordered the Smasher Burger. It's a big size patty and a few toppings. I liked me meal. The fries were a lot more crispy than I liked, maybe a bit burnt but I was starving 😁

My wife ordered the Chicken Quesadilla plate. She was happy with her portion and it's sides. All fresh.

We both ordered the same appetizer and wondered if we would get one. No, we each got our own. Like I said, I was starving after my flight 😁

I always remember the chips to be warm with a little salt. Still the same. I make salsa every Sunday and theirs is good. I enjoyed snacking and even dipped my crunchy fries in it.

Our 4yr old was with us. Kobe talked to her like she was older and took her order. Our daughter is taught to read or understand the menu and place her own order.

Our daughter enjoyed the menu page with the games and coloring while she waited for her meal.

When the couple behind us had an issue with their meal, Kobe took over and helped them. The couple was not rude or going out of their way to get a free item. Kobe made them feel welcome and worked it out.

Like I said, Kobe was excellent with his customer service. I will return here next time and ask for Kobe!

Firstly I would like to talk about the food… DELICIOUS!! The wings were crispy and had the flavor. The tacos where you made them were also very good. The steak was a bit chewy but other than that it was very good! The tenders were spicy but they were to good and my tongue was on fire!! We had not have gone to the restaurant just delivery but I would probably still be impressed probably even more! Best food ever a must try!

We sat a large part with about 30inite notice. Wait staff was very nice. All food came out fresh and well executed.

Ate here for Valentine’s Day and had Cheryl as a server and she was phenomenal. If I could go 6 stars on service I would cause she was Johnny on the spot with us and the food came out incredibly fast. We had the fajita trio that had great tender steak and deliciously flavored shrimp. All the staff was super friendly, kept the tables clean, and got finished dishes out of your way. Props the Cheryl and the entire Chili’s crew!!!

Food was prepared very well. It had great flavor. The meal was top shelf. The only thing that made me hold off on 5* was that my drink special had an apparent hole in the glass. It emptied entirely to fast. Tryed the smasher burger.

Ordered some ranch cups and was accomadated! with some hospitality too! This chilis has always been a great place for family dinners, and take out mobile ordering too! Extremely fast and efficient!

I loved it my husband and I shared they also put us in a quiet area where my 9 month old would be more comfortable not around people my son makes alot of noise so we didn't want to bother any one

Food is great, and the service is always hit or miss. They're under staffed, so half the time they have 1 server, and it's okay service just need to hire more people

The food was delicious! Service was good. The prices were fantastic!

So it has been a couple years since I've visited Chili's. Took a few minutes to be greater at the door. It was lunch around 1pm. Place is pretty empty. Pretty cold in here especially with the Temps dropping into the 30s. Jarrod was my server. Took my drink order and gave me a couple minutes to look over the menu. While waiting the cutest little girl was getting ready to leave and she told her mom that she loved this place! Jarred took my order of lunch shrimp fajitas. Im a fajita lover so got to try them everywhere that I find them. Food came out sizzling hot. The flour tortilla were ok. They were so stuck together that 4 became 3. Unless it was suppose be three and the 4th one was to shredded to serve by itself. Anyways, as you can see from my pictures that it comes with Pico, salsa, sour cream and cheese. Main course comes with rice, pepper and onion. For 9.95 it wasn't a pretty good meal. Definitely could have used more tortillas. Jarred stayed on top of my needs.
So again, I complained about the bathrooms in my last review of Chili's. The bathroom is disgusting. The stainless steel particians are covered in what looks like water trails, finger prints and who knows what else. And the place smells of backed up sewer gas. I couldn't stand being in there without covering most of my face with my shirt. Other than the bathroom, everything else is 5 stars

Great food, and super fast service. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Also everything is peanut free for those whom have a allergy.

Excellent service. One order of rice came out undercooked, but was replaced with a fresh order right away. The waitress was considerate and helpful, and of course, the food was great!

The flavor was perfect. My margarita was strong and the customer service was outstanding what more could you ask for. The only complaint I have is my steak was well done when medium was my order. Everything was so spectacular so there was no need to send back

They had the 3 for $10 on the fajitas. Excellent!! And got the loaded baked potato soup for a starter. Even the drink was really good....their strawberry lemonade. 5 star dinner for sure!

Great food and drinks. I love the Martini at this place. Food is always great! We keep coming back to this place with friends and family. 👍🏻

The food was reallyyyy good and the waitress that took care of us was super nice and actually cares about us having a nice time. The breaded chicken salad with ranch that I had ate was AMAZING and my fiance, she got a steak and potato dinner and she absolutely loved it. It was a great place to have our 6 year anniversary dinner at. We also got a margarita and something called a lemon drop shot and I really loved the margarita we bought, I liked the lemon drop to just not as much as the margarita. We will definitely be back again in the near future.

The best servers! They all were attentive and wanted us to have the best dining experience without being over the top. Loved the vibe there and the food was good. I would say delicious and it was good. It's on me, I should've asked how spicy the Chipotle chicken bowl was lol.

Very impressed. Great staff and delicious drinks! Bathroom smells a little gross, but that’s okay for the price!
