Location is well maintained and clean. Employees are amazing and very nice, helped me find everything I needed. Had an issue at checkout and two employees came to help quickly clear the issue. No power saws at this location to cut wood, but there are hand saws. Was able to cut wood to preference.

I recently purchased a DeWalt drill combo set that came with a “free” router, the order was split into two shipments and the router was delivered to the wrong location. I spent over two hours between Home Depot’s 800 number cust service and Chase (my cc) trying to get a resolution. Then I tried my local store where the router was shipped from. The manager listened to my situation and did his due diligence investigating and concluded that it was indeed the fault of the 3rd party delivery service. NOT ONLY did the manager respond to me personally and promptly but he drove a new router directly to my house, himself, within the hour. That was so far above and beyond the resolution I expected. I’ll be shopping my local Home Depot often; it’s the local people that shine ✨

I take my kids here for the kids' workshops, and they really enjoy it. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's a great atmosphere.

The first Saturday of every month Home Depot has a kids workshop and my kids LOVE doing their workshop.

We love going to this store. The employees were always checking to make sure we were finding what we needed.

Hey, Folks! Home Depot, a Home Improvement Store for whatever your next weekend project is going to be, or if you have a major renovation happening. Home improvement carries exactly what you need. My neighbor and I was there, and my neighbor was buying a tool for my roommate. Myself, I used to do some woodcarving, quite some time ago, and thought to myself I was going to pick it back up. So I ordered a Dremel tool online, but it didn't come with barely any bits for it. So, while I was there, I found a few, and one of the particular ones I needed. So I grabbed those bit and they didn't have this other one, but I'm also picking my glass etching back up as well. Honestly, my brother said they was pretty hard to find these days. I carve these boots out of hardwoods or some exotic hardwoods, like Babinga, or Paduka, Purpleheart, Teak Olive Cherry, Oak, Black Oak, etc. I'm a cancer survivor, so I am going to carve some more of these up, only takes me about 10 minutes per boot. Anyway, great store, before I got cancer, my career was a carpenter. Love wood. Hope this helps, staffs great and very helpful too.

This parking lot sucks. Getting out and leeching sucks. But I need the things inside

It's a Very Nice Store! Prices are better than Menards! But let me rephrase that. Don't get me wrong I do like Menards just for what I needed at the time I chose Home Depot because they had the rack I needed for my plants and what I was looking for.

Legendary customer service 🙌 Thank you Michael in millwork. The experience was exemplary of how customers should be treated in home depot followed by Wolfgang who was a Rockstar. We had to travel a long distance to get to this location but they had everything we needed to fill our large order. The store was well stocked neat and clean . The staff was friendly and helpful. Best place in town for plumbing supplies, everywhere has them, I just appreciate their organization way better than others. I prefer electrical shopping at Lowes, but most everything else I get here!

We were helped by someone named Jeff who was absolutely amazing. I've never had nicer service come up anywhere. He stated that he worked in the service industry for a very long time I believe it's a bartender and I'll tell you what comet he was using those skills at home depot. He made buying a sink the easiest and most enjoyable process ever. So shout out to this gentleman! I will definitely be back to home depo

We went to the birdhouse workshop with our daughter, and we liked it. Helpful and friendly staff.

I just moved to the area and have made several trips to the usual "I've-just-moved" stores: Target, Kohl's, Walmart, At Home, Bed Bath & Beyond... This Home Depot has been by far the best of them all, and all three times I've gone the employees have been super helpful and kind. I was especially grateful to the worker who helped me explore options for a tricky sink adapter situation. I wish I had gotten his name, because he was just awesome!

In my opinion, Home Depot is the #1 hardware store in Lafayette when it comes to prices. Seasonal selection seems less than say Menards or even Lowe’s, but they normally have everything I need nonetheless. Their bathrooms are always better than you’d expect as well. 😊

This is my place to shop for home improvement and projects. Dang near everyone with an orange apron who passed by be asked if I needed assistance. Even had an older gent offer to help fill my cart with items I needed and even items I didn't need! HA! SUPER friendly dude.
