Recently semi-retired, I found Blaze Senior Concepts through a casual conversation and a shared business card. The first time I met with Bernadette Baugh about my Medicare insurance needs, she helped me explore adding drug and supplement plans to my Parts A and B, as well as the choice of an advantage plan. When we met a week later I was confident in my choice of plans and easily enrolled with her help. She is knowledgeable and friendly. As an agent she will guide me through each year's open enrollment and any other concerns during the year. The word of mouth recommendation meant a lot and would add a sixth star to this review.
