Its a gas station

I’m sure the gas station reps can hear people coming into the gas station so why the lack of attention to if a customer needs something. I go over to the pizza part and the girl has her back turning making dough. I stood there for 2 minutes and not once did she turn around to check if someone was at the register. I then had to call to get her attention. Then another guy was waiting at the counter to play lottery and that lady was cleaning the coffee machine. I mean we get you guys are busy but don’t take the customers kindness for weakness. We wait patiently for you to wrap up what you’re doing not for you to complete the whole task. There were no customers that were being helped but several customers had walked in. Need to be more attentive. I stop in to fill up my gas on my lunch break with the expectation of getting in and out. I had walked out without getting gas because had she not took so long cleaning the coffee machine the guy that had lottery would have been completed by now.

Went to get gas and use my Rewards. Instead of allowing me to use my own Rewards, the cashier scanned another Reward card and stuck it into a little file close to the register. I asked about using MY Rewards and she completely ignored me.

I was in the store on 3/30/22 and was getting lunch when I seen some sandwiches that had expired on 3/27/22 that was for sale in the cooler so I told the lady that works there and she told her manager about the sandwich. I walked up to the register to pay for the food I had and I told the manager about the sandwich that was expired also and when I left he walked over and looked at them so I left. So today I go back to get something for lunch and the sandwiches I told him about yesterday are still sitting out for sale. I'm sorry but you can't leave chicken salad sandwich go past the expiration date.

Maureen feels like she is entitled to enforce laws and policy's without having to provide any sort documentation or proof on what she is enforcing. You are a gas station clerk not the west lafayette pd. She refused my tender without any reasoning behind it and threatened to call the police on me when I asked her to show me proof on what she was trying to enforce. I will refuse to return to this establishment and will let others know about Maureen and her rediculous behavior.

Old Lady in there thinks she doesnt have to do her job and that conversation with friends is more important, if you're gonna show up to a job then do your job especually when a customer leaves to go get their wallet do not expect somebody who doesnt get paid by the hour to want to wait (especially with just one drink) for someone to leave and come back with their wallet its common to set someones stuff to the side so the next person can get n go

No one in there wears masks. I have even reminded them that is a mandate and was told he doesn't really care. No consideration for the customers and very rude.

How do you run out of gas at a gas station!!!
