Gerry, with asking just a couple questions when we entered his store was able to point out a selection of different beds that fit out needs and my husband and quickly found just the right bed and pillows to match our needs. We went to Mattress World last week with absolutely no intention to buy. Gerry greeted us and through our time there I appreciated how he never once pushed or we felt forced to buy anything. He showed us everything and answered all of our questions. Even when we went to higher priced mattresses he showed us all price ranges and different styles. We purchased a mattress that day. It was delivered the next day and they also did an amazing job!

I just had a most wonderful experience while shopping for my new mattress today. 1st & foremost, I was promptly greeted by their sales associate, Brendan. Brendan had to work very hard for his money. I am not a push over and he had to do a whole lot of yaking so that I could make an informed decision on my possible purchase & the truth is that if he hadn't been so knowledgeable about the products he was selling I could have easily walked right out that door. The nice thing about my experience today is that Brendan gave us the opportunity to browse at our leisure and let us hail him as needed with any questions which arose along the way. I don't know about you, but I for one do not like a pushy sales person. I will walk out before being pressured into buying something I am on the fence about. Brendan went up & beyond to find me just the right mattress at just the right price point.

Gerry is just top notch. After visiting mattress firm in camas, the experience was awful and my requirements for a new bed was pretty specific - so i needed the right store that had it in stock.

I found Gerry to be absolutely chill. He asked if he was able to help me with anything and showed me to the mattress I came to test. Have a lay he said, we close at 7 if you end up napping you’ll have plenty of time, we joked for a minute and I got to business.

He answered my questions and gave recommendations where I asked. I feel confidant going forward with this new mattress and have a plan b already setup thanks to Gerry. This attention to detail and needs based approach won me over.

My experience with Mattress World started with salesperson, Richard, who was wonderful at offering suggestions, letting me sample various mattresses
and explaining differences. He was very pleasant and professional, and the price very affordable for my budget. Free delivery and no charge to remove old mattresses and box springs was a plus, and the delivery was exceptional. Thanks to Richard, Jesus and Angel, I am now a big fan of Mattress World!

My wife and I came into the Gresham store location to purchase a new mattress. Brendan was thorough in explaining the benefits and differences the mattresses we were considering and did an excellent job at listening to our needs. Fantastic customer service and would recommend him to anyone who’s in the market for a new mattress. We have really needed to upgrade our very old mattress. We went to the location closest to where we live and Gerry greeted us right away. We let him know what we were looking for and he showed us our options without pressuring us on any particular brand. Once we found what we wanted he made sure we knew all the costs up front for the mattress and any extras we wanted. It was a very pleasant experience and we were in and out in less than an hour.

I've been coming to mattress world for most of my life and always had stellar service and quality, but Sean takes the cake! He listened to what I wanted, didn't try to over sell me, or fill me full of fluff, but found me exactly what I wanted (first bed I tried too) literally the fastest I've ever shopped at mattress world ever. And he's incredibly personable.

My husband and I decided it was time to look for a new mattress. Sigh. Mattress shopping can be so overwhelming! Our first stop today was to Mattress World Northwest in Gresham, Oregon. James greeted us and helped steer us toward what we wanted. We DID NOT want to lie down on a hundred mattresses and then try to pick one. James asked us what we were looking for and gave us a handful of choices to try out. He was so knowledgeable about mattress construction, durability, fluff vs loft, etc., and readily answered our questions. Within 15 minutes he helped us narrow our choices down to two. Then it was up to us! :-) We bought one and decided not to go to any other store. We knew we had received excellent advice and accurate information to inform our decision and there was no reason to shop around. Bonus - the one we chose was on sale! It was not an overwhelming experience and we feel good about our decision. We'll get our new mattress in two weeks and we can't wait.
