Parkwest Fitness is a wonderful facility. The staff and instructors are competent and very friendly. The equipment is varied, modern and well maintained. Very clean as well. All ages and fitness levels are welcomed. If you haven’t been give it a try.

My family and I have been going to Parkwest Fitness for almost 7 years and have loved our experience. From the Group X classes to the equipment it is a wonderful gym.

This gym has every piece of equipment and space for great workout. I love that they fixed steam sauna for after workout.

I am so thankful for Parkwest fitness! I have been a part of this fantastic gym for a few years and I just love it. I have never liked going to a gym and always preferred working out at home. When I started weight lifting 3 years ago, I knew I had to do in a gym because I didn't have the necessary equipment. I tried about many gyms before settling on Parkwest and I am so glad I did. They have all the things I need for weight training along with great cardio machines and any kind of class you may want. The owners, Steve and Rachel Shook are friendly and accommodating. The rest of the staff are always cheerful and helpful. I love the fact that it just feels warm and homey in there and not sterile like some gyms feel to me. It truly has everything I need and want in a gym!

I enjoy taking the group yoga classes here. The instructors and other attendees are very welcoming to all levels of experience. The schedule and booking feature available through the app is a huge perk.

I don't use the equipment in the main area, but from what I can tell there are plenty of machines to share. Lots of treadmills and open space on the second floor.

Great gym. All the equipment anyone would need for cardio and weight training. Affordable cost for training sessions. Also has jacuzzi, steam sauna and dry sauna.

The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Overall, seemed pretty clean. Lots of equipment. I didn't go in the pool, but it looked nice. Good times. Big fan.

Update: The original review was from when I visited a few times, but afterwards I got a membership. Still a big fan. Very good pricing, staff is still amazing, and the daycare is awesome. The daycare staff are great with kids and it is extremely convenient.

It is a great place but steam room is not on 80% of times. It is the only reason I come here. And, whenever I call to check to ask if steam room is on answer is right away yes, which was not true most of the times. several times wasted my time driving and finding out steam room is actually off. Would be great if you could actually check it and tell the truth.

Thank you to the owners. They really care about the customers and their business. As I said earlier it is a great place, and looks like steam room is up and running again.

I visited Parkwest to check it out and they let me do a trial workout without any fuss. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and they have a LOT of equipment. 2 floors of equipment. Machines to target every conceivable muscle group. There is a locker room, but you have to bring your own locks. There are lockers with combination locks, but I couldn't find one that was open. There's also an indoor swimming pool that I did not use, but it looked good.

Gym is great and the new owners have been tremendous on upgrades and keeping current gear in working order. Unlike the old owners who didn't want to make investments in the gym. Customer service is very good here as well. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come in on my way out.

I have been going here for several years and I really appreciate it. The staff is very friendly. I use the pool exclusively and I’m very happy with it. Temperatures are normally good and the showers are satisfactory. Would certainly recommend this to anyone.

Wondering where to go to avoid college kids for a few hours of peaceful stress relief? Look no further. This is a great spot and worth every penny. This gym has everything and room to do it all comfortably. The price is high but that's not a problem if your budget is strong.

As a member of the club, I would recommend them to others. Very friendly and helpful staff. The building and grounds are well kept and clean. There are Classes for those who wish to learn new things. There is a decent tanning bed (stand up) available. There is good quality child care avaiable (we have 4 kids). A pool, a hot tub, a sauna and steam room also offer a bit extra. Or if you prefer there is raquetball, volleyball or basketball all indoors so weather doesn't play a factor.

Small requests would be
- It would be awesome to have curtains to block out the sun in the volleyball court
- fix the second water spout in the volleyball court ( Sorry if this has been fixed in the past but broken by the kids who play or by the impact of the heavy basketballs!)
- Extra exhaust/ventilation (natural or otherwise) in swimming pool area to keep the air light :)
