Ordered flowers for my Mom for her birthday - ordered at 8:00 am, they were delivered 2 hours later! Gorgeous arrangement. I did receive a call almost immediately after my order was placed and was told that they did not have the flowers in stock that were pictured in the arrangement that I purchased - I really appreciated them calling to let me know. I had confidence that they would make everything work wonderfully, and they did! She loved them and they are gorgeous! Thanks so much!!

My order was taken in a prompt and professional manner. I almost couldn't believe how effortless it was and was grateful that it was something I could check off my list. When I put in my order I originally wanted to get "Cute As A Button!" for my fianceé. Around an hour later I received a text message that they did not have it in stock, while I was slammed at work, so they suggested a fall bouquet. Being completely busy, I didn't really pay much thought into the text message and simply replied, "That sounds great, thank you". And, of course, half an hour passes and I start panicking, "A fall bundle? It's probably going to be some bright, garish colouring that is an extreme eye sore, why did I say yes, why?" When you look at "Cute As A Button!" you'll see that it's a nice mellow colouring that is pleasing to the eye, and in comparison a bright orange, yellow and red just sounds like some sort of monstrosity. So, I try and salvage what I can and make a suggestion for a different Fall arrangement, but they told me it's already on their truck. After I get off of work and rush back to my house I was greeted with smiles, laughter and a lot of kisses, looking at the table I saw why. The MOST beautiful and tasteful arrangement of flowers I never thought I'd ever see. These folks put together something beautiful and at the same cost as what I was charged for the original arrangement. My fianceé and I are extremely happy with their work, and you can bet everything on the fact that I will order another arrangement from them again. Thank you so much everybody, you did a dang good job!

The online ordering process was very user-friendly, and there were so many affordable options to choose from. The free local delivery option was a big plus. The recipient loved her flower arrangement! I would definitely purchase from this company again!

The floral arrangement was true to what was dispayed online perhaps even better, beautiful and fresh. The online ordering process was easy and efficient. Thank you for offering free delivery to the Greater Lafayette area. I use to purchase flowers from Marsh and have been unable to find a florist that had arrangements to brighten my office space at a reasonable price. Now, I am pleased to say that Valley Flowers will be my florist of choice.

Sent flowers to Mom for her 89th birthday. Since I live out of state I always worry about getting what I paid for. Valley Flowers has never disappointed me. The flowers were beautiful and Mom loved them. Kudos to Valley Flowers

Wonderful. I called at almost closing on July 3rd to see if I could get a flower delivery to my son's girlfriend for her birthday on the 4th. She was closed the 4th but went ahead and made a special delivery for me and the flowers were beautiful and made her whole day. I will definitely do my business here every time I need flowers. Very nice lady. Went above and beyond what she needed to.

I ordered a corsage for my son’s date—-something I’ve done at various places around town many times. They’re usually fine. Sometimes they fall apart. Overall I’ve found them underwhelming for something that can cost as much as $40. But this corsage from Valley Flowers—-this is beautiful!! I wish I’d known how pretty a wrist corsage can actually be!

I love being able to randomly act on the impulse to thank someone with snacks or flowers when the idea strikes me in the middle of the night, without having to wait till the florist is open, hope I remember to make the phone call to order, etc. When my recipient gets the surprise delivery that very day (order at midnight, I promise you, it'll show up at your intended target's place of work or home a few hours later!) and they will be bowled over by how thoughtful AND how beautiful/ delicious/ amazing/ incredible the arrangement was. 250 out of 5 stars!
