Spent my birthday here, making memories with friends. A large selection of scents to choose from for candles, waxes, and car accessories. Plus, a free massage when they were available! Super friendly staff.

Our students with Shine On University got to experience making a candle! Kelly was so kind while teaching them! She engaged with each of them individually and explained everything slowly. I highly recommend them! I enjoyed the candle I had made and it smells so good. And a plus is that there is no black smoke after extinguishing it.

I recommend trying out the new holiday scents! I recently hand poured a candle with Christmas ale, cranberry, & wassail & it’s amazing! I love the blend of scents, how cleanly the candle burns (doesn’t let off a lot of smoke), & how long it lasts! Definitely try it out! I also love making custom room sprays as well! I can’t wait to go back again! 😁 I love the friendly staff who are always willing to help & give advice (when needed) about blending certain scents together. I’ve gone for a date with my husband (there are tons of manly scents!), for a baby shower, for a girls night out, & with a friend just for fun! Such a great place, highly recommend it!

BASK Aroma is the perfect place for a date night, mommy/daughter date, or a GNO. Wine, snacks, and candle making - what more could you ask for. BASK has the perfect ambiance and the customer service of the staff is top notch. Highly Recommend!

Went here as a group for the "fun portion" of our staff retreat. Everyone loved it and had so much fun. The staff were wonderful and the place is absolutely beautiful. We had a blast!

Fabulous place to mix favorite scents and customize your own candles, wax melts, body scrub and lotion. Staff is fantastic and it was a great experience!

Perhaps we just picked a bad day. There was not enough help.
As a result, I didn’t feel we were getting enough advice from the only person there.
My main complaint is if you screw up on the scents you picked for your product, there was no offer of starting over. No advice was given on the scent combinations you made and no going back. Maybe if you ask for it they might have obliged. But you shouldn’t have to ask for that option.
I love the concept of this place and again might have picked the wrong day to go.
I have been to other places like this and although they were higher in price, I walked out with products I loved.
I simply had to settle for my choices this time. And do not care for them

The experience itself was fine and fun, the workers didn’t pay much attention to me however. Also the candle I received burned horribly and extremely fast. When lit black smoke just comes out the top the entire time. I trimmed the wick and did everything you are supposed to do. I’m really good with candles. The whole rim of the container is pitch black and my eyes burn when it is lit.
