Ashlie has been my agent since 2012, She is great at explaining the different coverages and always brings alternatives to my attention. Very easy to work with, organized and detail oriented. Terri whom also works in the office is great to work with also.

I have hbeen with American Family insurance for many years. I am a senior citizen and find their prices very good. I have full coverage autmobile insurance and renter;s insurance and the monthly payments are very reasonable. I have not had to file a claim during this time but I can say that when I have need to contact the office, I was handled professionally.

Recently had some damage to our house and one of our vehicles in a bad storm. Ashlie and the AFI team have been absolutely amazing to work with! With this being our first claim ever (and having two at once), I was pretty stressed out. So far, the claim on our home has been the smoothest process ever!
