USPS West Lafayette Carrier Annex

My package got lost on February 5th due to weather delay. First, USPS customer service has been wonderful - I received a call from Jason from Kokomo who has been great in trying to advise me on what to do. I went to the local post office and a lady there told me it was here at the warehouse. Jason advised me to head over there and speak to someone and that's what I did. The supervisor here was great! He had a very helpful attitude, took down my name and number and assured me he would do his best to locate the package. Well that was yesterday, and today my package arrived! Sending my thanks to the team and supervisor here for locating my missing package.

Well, I had a problem with a package I never received. It was marked delivered. I went to check it out here and they gave me the address to my tracking number. Wasn’t my address. I got my refund. Customer service could use a little... touch up. Still, it is a government job. Pretty much mail police.

My package is at this USPS carrier facility and I was suppose to get my package yesterday which was Wednesday and now it’s running late and I’m very disappointed now it’s expected between today which is January 16th Thursday 2020 and between January 16 - 21

If you can, try to go to the greatest lengths possible to avoid having your package go through here. Specifically this location. On more than one ocassion I have had my package delayed due to a "severe weather issue" despite there being no kind of severe weather? I've also had "attempted deleveries" made by drivers from this annex that I know were fake, because my security cameras don't lie. Attempted delivery means that a driver actually physically came to the address. No driver at the time listed for attempted delivery. All 3 times. I'd hate to think someone is waiting on something important, like medication...or potentially life saving, like INSULIN.

Worst customer service I've received in my life! The caller had side conversations while she was calling me and didn't even bother trying to help when she was faced with a missing package. Actually, she said "how would I know if it's there or not". What kind of customer service worker says that? My package has been missing for the past three days and if this package isn't found within the next 24hrs, I demand a full refund from usps.

😱My package came open today and some products were missing! And why on earth can't you deliver to my front door? Always at the garage door!

Why is our mail delivered once or twice a week? I've been waiting for various packages, and they've been sitting in town for a week! This has been a common thing for a long time. They can't even get Amazon packages delivered in a timely manner.

Well, it's a pretty good indicator that government workers might just be unqualified for much else. Lazy. Derelict in their duties. Slovenly. Dishonest. Thanks Tim.

Snatched my item and marked it delivered. Called more than 20 times over a span of a week and yet, no one picked up even once

The state mandated wearing mask a few days ago. They're still people in the room without doing it. They should at least post a sign somewhere that mask is mandated. I'm also wondering why people giving 1 stars are mostly minorities.

The United States postal service and this location in particular are the biggest disgrace to humanity. The USPS should be dissolved.

Why do they even bother having a phone number? I suggest using a faster postal service, like a dying tortoise.

Waited for 40minutes. No one picks up the phone. It’s great.
