Applebee's Grill + Bar

When we were there, there was a slight wait but it was more than made up for by how well our waiter took care of us and the quality of the food. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was absolutely delectable. The chicken was moist and pulled apart with a fork and minimal effort and the shrimp complimented it perfectly. Meanwhile the garlic mashed potatoes served wonderfully to offset the slight heat from the Cajun seasonings which were exceptional. All in all we had a wonderful experience and can't wait for our next visit.

Saturday 11:30 pm pretty good experience! First time at this location, we order the 12oz steak medium rare with broccoli, it was delicious! And also ordered the bacon ranch chicken sandwich, very good as well with some onion rings as appetizer. Overall a great late dinner after a long day for us. Thank you, Denise for a great and kind service.

Decent food for decent price with the 2 for $26 special. Service was great when we visited Saturday afternoon. I just wish the homeless didn't swarm the area, making it unsafe to park far from the door.

My husband and I come here for their half off apps usually between 3 pm-6 pm. We always ask for Brian who has always given us 5 star service and if we could rate him higher then 5 stars we would!! He's friendly, fast, and I always seeing him cleaning other tables off that aren't his! Thank you for such amazing service Brian!!

My party of three here about 9pm on a Cinco De Mayo on Friday night and were seated right away! We ordered the Shark bowl and Strawberry daiquiri and the drinks were amazing! For the appetizers we got the Wonton Tacos and Cinnamon rolls that were to die for!!! They were so moist and fresh out the oven! We ordered the double crunch shrimp, steak and Parmesan shrimp with Mac n cheese/broccoli, and a kids burger with fries and applesauce.

Food was great, we just got appetizers artichoke and spinach dip and an order of the chicken quesadilla. The quesadilla was so very good; super flavorful and went great with artichoke and spinach dip! The chips were surprisingly delicious my themselves my wife and I thought. The drinks were freaking fantastic the bartender did an amazing job; made us want to come back for more. Her customer service was stellar and made the drinks very well.

Great service, great tasting food and drinks and economically priced. The best steamed broccoli I've had. The grilled chicken with shrimp, mushrooms and onions was very tender. Also the Blue Hawaiian Long Island Iced Tea was superb.

Such a wonderful experience!! Hungry at 10:00pm is brutal in Portland, so finding a great place to sit down for a great meal, with fantastic customer service was such a welcome surprise. Speaking of customer service, the staff at this location were absolutely wonderful; they all were friendly and attentive, and they all worked together to take care of us and support eachother...it was such a great thing to see and experience. Now on to the food....WOW! JUST WOW! We were blown away by how great everything was. This is not our first time at an Applebee's but this was the first time to, all the food, was spot on. The burger, chicken and shrimp were cooked perfectly. Hats off to all the staff at this location! Highly Recommend!

Me and my girlfriend came here on sunday night after I had worked a 15 hour day. All I was craving was cheap drinks and wings. Not gonna lie they hit the spot. Our server was FANTASTIC I didn't catch his name but this man needs a raise! He was quick with the drinks, very friendly, and helpful with menu questions. I feel like at Applebee's some times it can be really hit and miss, but this experience was definitely a hit. Shout-out to that guy for doing a great job and making me feel welcome, and not judging me for knocking back a couple 3 dollar fireball shots. The food was quick and pretty tasty. If I'm ever back in the area and need a cheap eat and a few solid cocktails I will definitely return.

I love coming to this Applebees! The service is always wonderful, the servers are so thoughtful and provide great service and your extra hot Buffalo wings hit the spot. Compared to some of the hyped up trendy spots in Portland, this Applebees is a breath of fresh air and more relaxed. Can’t wait for my next visit here!

So, let me tell you a funny story. We ordered Togo. I was standing outside of my vehicle talking to my wife. The person came out with our food, and I said,'I'll take that from you'. She said, "Yeah, no." I was stunned. My wife looked at her and said, "That's my husband." Should've seen the look on that poor lady's face. Lol, omg 😆

The drinks were great. Food was on point. The lady who seated us, was either to busy, or whatever to follow through as our server like any other restaurant, but I'm still giving 5 stars because one of the guys working the bar was quick to fill in for her before we could even start complaining about the wait. I really appreciate people in the service industry who take the initiative and are quick to pick up someone else's slack and still keep a smile on their face
