Probably the lowest prices on most food items daily instead of being on sale occasionally.

Very organized and decent parking.
Staff is mostly cordial and helpful.

Wish they went back to being open 24 hours, but it is what it is. Midnight is still late for the PDX Metro Area

Clean, fast lines and best prices in town. Lots of shopping carts. Gateway MAX train and bus transit center is on the other side of Fred Meyer across the street and several bus options. Restaurants and mini malls all over. Gateway area.

It depends which one you go to, because the Winco on 102nd doesn't have a person to stay on top of the self check out lane: it's a person there but they don't direct people to keep the line going like it should. People use cash should be direct that and card that direction, like they do on 122nd on Halsey

I showed up here with maybe 3 or 4 minutes till closing and while the employees obviously didn't want me to spend a bunch of time there they still let me get my shopping done and were not but polite.

Since that seems to be rare now, especially Fred Meyer stores usually not allowing anyone in 10 to 15 minutes prior to close, I appreciate that.

Also, Winco seems to have good prices and unique products other grocery stores don't.

Great deals was able to spend very little and get quite a bit which helps allot when you're strapped for cash. And it's good quality.

I got SO much produce and other items for under $50. I can't believe I went this far in life without shopping at WinCo. They have an amazing bulk section and lots of produce.

The upcoming snow had this Winco out of MILK and packed last night.

I love WinCo. I don't have a large budget, so if you want groceries and household staples,but don't want to take a second mortgage,then this is where to go.

This WinCo is a great grocery store. The staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are low and they're open late. The stores are large and have everything. Unfortunately, there's no online ordering and they don't deliver. I live right across the street from a different grocery store, but buy most of my groceries here. This is my go to store.

A little smaller of a WinCo than I'm use to but pricing and inventory are the same just have to maneuver around other customers a little smarter. However they had everything I wanted. There were plenty of checkers and I was only 3 customers back but 2 min later a checker on break waved me over and opened a new stand and ran me through. Vet fast , very efficient. They probably are use to being in the smaller store so they maximize there efficiency. Even though I felt a little cramped I liked this store alot. I'm definitely coming back to this location when I'm in Portland and heading to WinCo. WinCo is my favorite grocery store purely based on price. Nobody can hang with such low pricing.

Of the two Wincos near me (this one & the one off SE 82nd), i prefer this one. Fred Meyers is across the street for items you can't find here. This store is clean & tends to have a very slightly better selection of most items than the 82nd store.
Security is visible in the parking lot and there's less of an issue with area drug users (82nd location has a bottle return area which, sadly, can cause issues at times).
I prefer Wincos cause they tend to have the best grocery prices in the area. They also have better hours (open 24 hours) and are employee owned.

Busy since Walmart shut down Always busy busy lines going down and up the isles!!! Typical good service and friendly employee!! And they have plenty of mobility carts! All of the other stores keep getting stolen it makes me sad because then I cannot shop the entirety of most stores with out a mobility cart!!!

I was surprised cus its still have merchandise you can still have foods on the aisles..home and showers stuffs you can still find things whats you needs..I'll come back for couple of many times..

I love this local store. This particular one is always busy. Long check out line even in self checkout make it a bit less palatable.

I really like this Winco, the prices are Great and the Quality is very Good on everything I have ever purchased in this Store People who work there have Great Customer Skills, which is a Great thing to have when you deal with so many Customers and different Personalities...again I think that This Winco is Great, I never had a problem in this Store... keep up the Great Service Skills and Quality service. This location (102nd & Halsey) always has the freshest and well maintained/filled produce department in the Portland metro area. Thank You!!!

Google asked me to update this review, so... months later, all I can say is... I continue to shop here often and the level of service and quality of fresh (everything) continues to be amazing. Keep doing what you're doing, WinCo!

The staff are always very helpful when asking them to help me find an item. I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees at this location. I also just love WinCo anyway but this location seems to always have their shelves stocked and their employees all in a good mood and ready to work.

I Go to This Winco because it's always fully stocked not to mention has a wide variety of vegan diet friendly foods but also alows one to receive as much cash food benefits moeny back as request as oppose to others that have a $100 limit. The Shoppers are always friendlys as are the staff making my shopping pleasant rather than a chore.
