Worked with everyone at this location during the process of getting my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Rodrigo was very patient in getting my data x'ferred to my new phone and so was the woman that was there last time helped me order it. The first person I spoke to casually and without pressure helped me realize I should replace my 5 yr old Note 10+ even though wasn't ready to go to the Fold5 yet as I came in to pay my bill (I had to cancel my autopay card). As a salesperson, I greatly respected and was impressed by his very chill technique. All were very professional and helpful. Much appreciated!

After being completely disgusted with Xfinity cancelling appointments, long wait times, and billing issues before my service was even hooked up, and Centurylink asking for $1300 to run a cable under my street, this store was a huge relief. I was waited on immediately, and had internet at my house immediately after.
I so wish I had gone here first, I could've had internet right after I moved in.
The employees also were knowledgeable and great problem solvers. I felt the need to write this review because I wasted hours of my life with two other companies before finding this store and I hope to spare you the same experience.

Awesome customer service! Eric the new manager has a great team that makes you feel more like family. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. I really appreciated the extra time they took to help.me, I didn't feel like they were just trying to take my money. Keep up the great work, you guys rock!
