Walmart Supercenter

This store is the first ever Walmart that offers a local restaurant as an eatery in it and I'm so glad they do! Whuttle's is the name of the restaurant and they offer in store dining as well as take out.

When we arrived at the store to get cookies my sister and I could smell the odor of BBQ when we got out of our rig but we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Imagine our surprise when we went inside and discovered that smell was from BBQ items being cooked for a restaurant in the store called Whuttle's!

After we purchased our cookies from the excellent bakery this store has we headed back out and visited Whuttle's in person. They offer an array of BBQ items and southern comfort food using their family recipes that is out of this world. The staff was very helpful, considerate and knowledgeable about the choices and we ended up getting an order to go.

We got their three meat combo and it was amazing. They were sold out of their daily special of BBQ salmon (can't wait to go back and try it next time) so we got BBQ pulled pork, meatloaf and hotlinks with a double side of macaroni and cheese. The meatloaf was my sister's favorite and couldn't quit eating the hot links (despite not being a fan of hot foods). The pulled pork was also great but the uniqueness of the other two choices just overwhelmed us. The macaroni and cheese really complimented the meats and made it a meal that stuffed us both!

When I'm in Salem the Walmart I'm going to choose from now on is this location, and it's strictly because of the fact that Whuttle's has the best BBQ in town as far as I'm concerned 💕.

S.salem Walmart is most customer friendly one in salem even if om out North I will drive clear out south. Just their customer service out shines the others in town . One of the only stores that seem to have enough driving handicap carts. They will even track you one down. Alway when I ask where something is located they will say where then say let me take you there

Oh Boy! I can not believe it, I actually writing a review for Walmart…

I must confess, Walmart is not typically where I shop, and I've actively avoided it. However, I had to stop by because two different stores prior didn't have what I needed. I had no other choice but to go to Walmart, knowing that they most likely would have it. Walmart on Lancaster Dr, that is known as the most unorganized and trashed store due to its location.

I was absolutely shocked and amazed walking into Walmart last Friday. Everywhere I looked, every display and department was clean, organized, merchandised, zoned and filled with a product from grocery to the automotive side.

I'm not sure what happened, but I couldn't believe it to the point I had to share my experience with others, and they said the same thing about this store. They have noticed that as well. So, whoever is in charge, well done! Amazing! Outstanding job!

Additionally, they had actual physical registers filled with a real cashiers, and GM side of self checkouts was completely closed! That is so impressive! Wow! Five stars from me! Please, keep it up!

Just wish they didnt expect the customers who are buyingbitems to also work for them for free by cking out your ownbitems. You are a store, provide cashiers, help employe the local community & how dsre you require cking my receipt for purchases when YOU WALMART NEVER TRAINED ME TO WORK FOT YOU, restrms could be cleaner

Walmart delivery is so wasteful. I don't need 7 bags for a 9 bag order. But I go in the store and I can't have bags. Gotcha!

I enjoy this Walmart. Thr atmosphere is always nice accept for the ladies in the makeup isle. They seem to have an attitude and won't even respond to a thank you.

Great updated pharmacy, and their remodel is making shopping much easier. Would be better to have more self-serve checkout areas open to reduce the long checkout lines.

Great customer service by Thomas in Electronics! Friendly and knowledgeable. Money Center was completely understaffed and I had to wait 49 minutes to cash a check. The associates in Money Center were wonderful in every way they just need more help.

I love to go here for a lot of stuff. There's this restaurant that took over McDonald's in the Walmart and they are have the best southern food around and very friendly. Would try to spell out the name but I'd butcher it but here is my attempt - Waddles

The in general is very good but. I don't appreciate being forced to use there self check out.

Was very clean and I was able to find assostance in just minutes. The gentleman who helped me and my son made humself available right when we asked for it and did not make it seem like what we needed was an inconvenience like others have in the past.

on line pick team is quick and accurate... and generally friendly

We didn't go in the store. We came to use the Electrify America charging station. Good location. All four chargers were working and in good condition.

very clean and perfect people that work there always willing to help. by fare one of Salem's hot spots the secretary is a bit much sorta scary my kids call them p cops..? love the new animal place 👍
