NEA Baptist Clinic Podiatry

I have used this podiatry clinic twice, and both times used Dr. Rowlett. He did an amazing job performing my plantar facciitis surgery in 2017, and helping me with my neuroma right now. He told me what to expect, and how long the healing would take. He listens and helps with advice. I would advise everyone to use Dr. Rowlett for any foot problems.

Excellent staff comfortable to be there, they do not realize my husband had his foot amputated following an ingrown toenail removal at his podiatrist so have no reason to be compelled to ease my stress but still do a terrific job of encouragement. Treating an embarrassing case of fungus that isn't unusual but still embarrassing. I'm a horrible patient but am forever being compelled to be nice by the entire staff. If everyone finds out how great they are it will take forever to get an appointment, but you deserve it.

Imaging and nursing staff were excellent and knowledgeable. Dr. Rowlett was fantastic! I felt heard and taken care of. The treatment decision for my issue was effective.

Had great fast treatment. Went right in once checked in. Did online check in helped. Went straight back to xray then to a room. Saw a nurse practioner. Got an injection and print out for exercises to do at home. Everyone was very nice. Will see her again if needed. Liked her alot. Would use again. Also got a very quick appointment after being told they were booked until Dec. Appreciated that very much. Thanks

I am very pleased with my whole experience at NEA! Dr. Rowlett was wonderful and did a fantastic job correcting my foot. All the nurses were so nice and everyone was so helpful!
