We stayed in this hotel for our last night of our safari trip and night we were so happy to end with such beautiful hotel.
It’s hidden and in the middle of the nature. The farm is organic and you can feel it when you eat their vegetables. The coffee also is one of best we had in the entire 10 days trip.
It’s really pleasant for families.
The staff is so nice and kind and welcomed us amazingly.
We ate very very well. Everything was tasty and delicious. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
We spend an amazing time and we wished to stay longer.
I highly recommend.

So lovely!!! We ended our East Africa excursion at this lovely lodge and it was much needed. Beautiful property, paved trails, gardens and coffee plots. The lodge is not yet a decade old and is continuing to grow into full self sufficiency. Don’t expect completely spotless and sterile living quarters, but I’ll tell you, this was one of the nicer places we stayed as far as that goes. Fantastic and caring staff. The chef was wonderful. Quiet, peaceful and huge rooms.

We are so glad we stayed here. Our original accommodation was suppose to be near the crater but sold out and we are glad it did. This place was amazing and they treat every single one of the guests with respect. Upon arrival they greeted us with a song. We met all the staff that we would assisting us during our stay. The room was huge and clean. Dinner was delicious, plentiful, and very fresh. We stayed only for 1 night and wished we stayed longer.

A beautiful lodge in Karatu. We we happy to spend 3 nights at this lodge. 1 night as we started our safari and 2 nights at the end of our safari before heading home. It is well landscaped and surroundings very well kept. The rooms are cosy clean and well appointed with all the required amenities. Food is excellent. Asante Sana to the amazing staff who ensured that we had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Check in was straightforward and friendly by Joyno. Special mention must go to the General Manager Mr. Pascal our butler Martin and Happiness our housekeeper. Our only wish would have been to stay longer.

An oasis of luxury, just what we needed after our many days on safari. Everyone was so warm and inviting, friendly and helpful. Anyone will fall in love with the place. The Food was delicious and represented the local flavors and the on site grown produce, beats any farm to table. The coffee is the best we had, daily roasted Arabica and robusta.

Beautiful lodge with accommodations that consist of a large area consisting of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony.
Service is outstanding and the massages are well worth it.

What a beautiful place with the friendliest staff. The room was spacious. The food was delicious. They farm their own produce. The grounds were well kept and the people were attentive and kind. We would love to come back again when we’re in Tanzania. Thank you Acacia Farm Lodge!

An incredible stay at this place. The service was excellent, we were given a tour of the farm where they grow 75% veg cooked on site. They also grow coffee beans and these are served on the farm. The food was delicious and we literally had a feast at dinner. We only stayed here for one night but it was by far one of the best lodges we stayed in whilst on safari

Truly beautiful resort and unbelievable experience here. I was welcomed by singing, refreshments, hot towel and hand wash as soon as I exited my car. Check in was quick and the porters already brought my bags to my room. The room is actually a detached cottage, with a living room, large bedroom with king bed, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk in, waterfall shower. The porch had a beautiful view of the gardens. There is a wonderful plantation and greenhouse on the property that I was given a tour of where Pascal explained their process and passion for bringing farm to table. I got to see how they process their own coffee beans as well. The pool was clean and beautiful and the gym was excellent. I loved the bonfire they had every night and the dinning and cocktails were delicious- you can eat everything here including the salads. My one and only suggestion and frustration is that there were any outlets in the bathroom so blow drying and styling my hair had to be done on the floor in the walk-in closet. But this was one of the few hotels in Tanzania that at least had an outlet next to the bed.
Loved my experience here, thank you ❤

I was overwhelmed by the good service at Acacia Farm Lodge, the warm welcome, the 4 course meals and the rooms everything was top of the range. There was WiFi in our room, above all the lunch park for the full day game drive in the creater was the best packed lunch I have ever had.

Absolutely stunning. The hotel, rooms, surroundings, pool etc are simply perfect, so beautiful and peaceful.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, Geoffrey was amazing and we loved visiting the coffee, vegetable farms with Pascal, you can truly feel how proud he is of all the amazing work he is developing with the team. We loved to know almost everything consumed at the lodge is grown there. We enjoyed the food so much and our dining experience was fantastic. We enjoyed a lot the experience we got from all members of the staff.
100% recommend, we loved our stay!

We can't recommend this hotel enough! Such a wonderfully put together place! The service is excellent and we were made to feel amazingly comfortable straight away by Frank and Michael who looked after us throughout our stay.
Frank was very attentive and made sure he met our every need. He even set up a surprise private romantic dinner for our honeymoon, complete with a bonfire and personal visit from head chef. It was a wonderful experience.

The farm lodge is surrounded by a plot on which they grow the own produce and use in the restaurant for visitors. Make sure to do a free tour with Florian of the grounds to see coffee plantations and all sorts of produce including mangoes, oranges, lemons, avocados, beetroot etc etc. They even habe their own bee hives for honey! All very sustainable and ethically sourced!

Don't hesitate to book here. You won't regret it.

My wife and I came for our honeymoon.
With the help of Frank as our butler, the experience was truly magical. The housekeeping staff and Frank were on another level of customer service; it was fantastic. I highly recommend anyone to go there and ask for Frank as well as for Frank’s Maasai activity which was try informative. A must stay in Tanzania. Best accommodation we had during our honeymoon.

We stayed at Acacia over New Years Eve and this place was the highlight of our trip.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with smiling faces and the Jambo Bwana song plus a handwash to cool off. We received our lodge briefing before being ushered to our room which so spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable.

We did the farm visit and learnt that the lodge grew their own organic vegetables, fruits and coffee. Its no wonder the food at Acacia tasted so good and fresh!

Breakfast and Dinner were all buffet style which we thoroughly enjoyed, plus we could choose from a selection of options to create our own lunchboxes for gamedrives.

We had the best butler and the rest of staffs were all so kind definitely going out of their way to ensure we were happy, had everything we needed, and were well taken care of.

Coming back from a long day out to Veronicas personalized message and her famous animal towels was so touching and a reminder that Acacia was our home away from home.

Thank you Acacia, we will never hesitate to recommend you to anyone whos looking for a place to stay in Karatu.

I absolutely loved staying here!! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous to walk around or just relax. We were led around the property to visit the coffer and vegetable farms. It was absolutely gorgeous. Everyone here was so friendly, kind, and informative. The cottages were incredibly luxurious, spacious, and private. The food was very delicious too. We were incredibly well taken care of while we were here.

Highly recommend this oasis near the Ngorongoro Caldera. Staff greet you with the Jambo Bwana song and fresh juice. They’re completely responsive and energetic in touring you around their organic farm (staff member, Pascale) built within the 32 suites that each include a bedroom, en suite, large closet area, sitting room and porch overlooking the farm. All meals include many options for a variety of palates, excellent farm-grown coffee, and excellent effort to reduce waste ♻. They are 75% self-sufficient in producing their own food, aiming for 100% in the near future. Butler Festo seemed to be everywhere, all the time, all at once - service above and beyond. Florian in the gift shop was a ray of sunshine, showing you everything on offer without pushing. Housekeeper Veronica filled a page of Swahili/English translations for common phrases which we kept as we continued our tour. A unique and comfortable stay with breath-taking views at every turn.
