The experience was amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was really friendly and the entire location was super clean. In the evening different activities were scheduled by the hotel so there was not room for boredom.

Great place to relax and chill out … relatively quiet, peaceful with great service and happy and committed staff. Very helpful and extremely friendly. Service is basically just very good and fast. I do remember Innocent helping my wife and me on multiple occasions without even asking … place we would very much enjoy coming back

A truly magical hotel in Zanzibar, Africa. Lots of greenery, beautiful Indian Ocean, pool, shops, gym, bars. Beautiful reception with all facilities. Amazing service and hotel management. Very warm and helpful people. The room has a huge bed, a TV, a bathroom and a balcony with a rocking chair. Lots of yummy food.

If you are reading this review, it means you are contemplating booking a vacation at this hotel – hesitate no more! Reserve while you can. The hotel is very tranquil, beautifully situated, with buildings spaced apart for privacy. Rooms are elegantly furnished, meticulously cleaned daily, and attention to detail is evident – not a grain of sand goes unnoticed. We stayed in a Junior Suite; initially on the ground floor, but a simple request at reception secured us an upper-floor room with a marvelous ocean view by noon. Each restaurant boasts top-notch cuisine; diverse breakfasts cater to all tastes. Even if you don't find what you want, the chef is accommodating. Lunches, dinners, and snacks are genuinely delicious, offering a wide selection of seafood, fish, meats, and flavorful fruits and vegetables. However, the standout is the staff! Special thanks to Manager Hassan – his exceptional care made us feel like we were in a true 5-star hotel. He is the hotel's perfect ambassador. I would also like to express gratitude to the wonderful ladies: Rehema, Rebeca, Zu, Winifrida! Your smiles, openness, and care were incredible! My recent stay at Hotel Tui Bahari Zanzibar exceeded my expectations, leaving me deeply relaxed. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lush gardens, meticulously kept by the dedicated gardeners who graciously offered tours of the spice garden.

What truly set this hotel apart was the unparalleled service. During breakfast, Zabeda and Khalid provided exceptional attention, ensuring each guest's needs were met with efficiency and warmth. The bar staff, Barak and Kalvin, made brilliant drinks (Jambo Bahari) that perfectly complemented the idyllic surroundings. And dinner, served by the ever-smiling Zena was a delight.

The hotel's vast gardens, two pools and a beach, offer guests the freedom to discover their own oasis. While the hotel may host over 100 guests, it's only during joined dinners at the beach or by the pool that one realizes the extent of its popularity. Yet, the staff managed to maintain impeccable service and attention to detail to create a perfect evening.

We had an incredible time at this resort over new years. We must admit it was a fabulous resort which was far better than we anticipated. Great for everyone adults and kids too.
Food, drinks and activities were all great! Rooms were fab. We had the junior suites.
The most amazing thing was the staff and service. Absolutely incredible.

Hasan was a great manager, we came for a wedding and from the first to last night the service was absolutely fantastic. He helped my whole family with everything.
My uncle has a disability and was taken care of very well.

Our 7 day honeymoon stay at the resort was paradise. The hotel offers everything you could possible want. Idyllic pool and beach days, cool and relaxing rooms, incredible food, wonderful evening entertainment, perfect service.

Loved our room overlooking the garden. It had amazing air con, was clean and well serviced, and I loved the huge comfortable bed with a mosquito net. Nice bathrobes and a great shower, as well as bidet.
There was really good free WIFI everywhere in the hotel, even the beach. There's also an easy to use App for booking all of your many daily activites.

Food is beyond amazing, I'm rolling home and nothing fits me. Even though the hotel was at full capacity and it was busy season, none of the public areas ever felt crowded. Super clean, all the staff is friendly with greetings and smiles. Extra shoutouts to Porsche, Deman, Karim, Rajiv and Hassan, who always greeted us with wonderful service and made us feel so special. Perfect holiday with amazing memories, would recommend to anyone.

Very nice hotel. The hotel complex is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. The staff pays attention to every detail and makes you really feel well for the whole stay. The employees care a lot about their hotel and the quality of their work is just extraordinarily. The restaurants and the quality of the food is excellent and as a highlight, they serve once per week a beach barbecue diner and once a diner around the pool which we really enjoyed a lot. The only downside might be the tides making it difficult to go for a swim in the sea, it can be nice to walk in the knee-deep water with low tide, but with high tide there are a lot of algae making it not so nice to swim. There are also a lot of people that want to talk to you on the beach, trying to sell you stuff, but this has nothing to do with the hotel as it is public.
In summary we had a really nice holiday in the TUI Blue Bahari and would definitely recommend it!

Watch out for the Masai. they stick like leeches and try to trick you.

Reda - the general manager of this hotel is very well organized + Excellent man with well manner person he makes you feel very welcome if you don’t like anything about this hotel, bring it up to his attention, you could find him all over the hotel he will get things sorted out ASAP.

Ali - Then main chef my kids only eat pesto pasta. He made every day pesto pasta for my son. He’s only four years old and he made the original recipe pesto pasta, if you want your food to be certain way, or if you don’t like something, bring it up to ALI’s tension he does his best and he goes beyond to make sure that you’re comfortably feed. If you don’t tell them, they will never able to fix any problems in the future so as a guest, we should always give feedback directly to the chef or the manager or the assistant manager.

Hossine- The restaurant manager he is from Egypt such an amazing hard working man, very well organized and trying his best to teach each employee at all restaurants to understand the guest and respond with accurate information. I been to many places around the world and stayed many hotels from Ritz Carlson to JW Marriott to Fairmont and this man actually works with his employees to clean tables and prepare for dinners. Amazing human being you have to look into his eyes when you speak then you will see and understand what I am saying.

Over all I stayed 7 nights with my girlfriend and my 4 years old son and we highly recommend this hotel.

Now let’s talk pro and cons

Pro- freshly made food every day, swimming pool is very clean, the hotel generally is very clean, we stayed in the room closest to the water so we had a really nice room.

Cons - yoga classes were fully booked the day we checked in if you want to book yoga you have to pay because it was full

There is not much of a kids activity
We did full board, but the alcohol were very basic. Hope they have some better
variety for drinks.

Beautiful Resort sone if us went kayaking. Had number of massages at the beach and they were very good, like Professionals with excellent prices.
Good entertainment at the hotel.They have dinner at the beach on Sundays and dinner at the pool on Tuesdays. At times the food was monotoous, but the food manager Hasan was friendly and approachable. He went out of the way and made meals that we requested. In fact all the staff were ever ready to help, Salma, main chef, Yusuf, Innocent, Abdullah & others .Alcoholic dri ks, su h as whiskey was not palatable.
We would love to come back to this resort.

Heaven on earth, wonderful place to immerse in another world. Friendly staff, clean, with lots of gardens, flowers and tropical beauties. I am speechless about the cuisine and food presentation, it was on such a high level, once in a lifetime experience! Very nice, clean, authentic, tasty food of all world cuisines, every day fresh tropical fishes on the grill, best quality products. Perfect and diverse fruits and vegetables, Executive @ChefAliNorowzi and @ChefKabaka were utmost professional, cooking skills were on highest level, super friendly chefs. The grilled fish, smoked marlin and smoked tuna and sea food were the tastiest ever. Thank you Tui Blue for the unforgettable best month of my life ❤❤❤

I am so glad we decided to book this resort for our stay in Zanzibar! Blue Bahari is simply amazing and has a strategic position on the north-east coast of the island.
Facing directly a beautiful sandy beach, the resort is well organised, safe and with everything needed for a great stay.
There are two swimming pools and a lot of space on the seaside to rest or sunbathe, you have also the chance to swim in the ocean when the Tide is high or try to get closer to the reef when the Tide is low; there are bars open long hours and at least 3 options of restaurants (plus others that you have to pay separately for). Great selection of food, staff very friendly and speaking many languages and a fair amount of animation during the day with sports, activities on the beach and near the pool (do not expect a lot tho, the resort is mostly quiet with not much music, dancing events or similar).
Finally, the rooms are stunning, very spacious and all Including a balcony or a patio! Mini bar is included on a daily basis and the cleaning team put so much effort in making the rooms beautiful.
Overall, easy to say this was such a beautiful experience and we've been pampered a lot during our stay! Highly recommended!

Great bars, amazing cocktails. Koala is the must. Very friendly staff. Othman, the best bartender! Great person with huge heart, loving zanzibar, and people leaving here. Honestly, best holidays ever, I enjoyed every day! Loved it!!

Beautiful place with a nice location on a beach. Rooms are nice overall, but you will notice some things wonky especially in their older ones, however nothing to ruin the experience. Good food, lovely setup for dinner on the beach or by the pool. Staff were very polite, friendly and smiling.

We spent two weeks at TUI Blue Bahari, including Christmas and New Year and we highly recommend the resort. The service in all areas was great and all hotel personnel was customer oriented. The TUI app is useful and easy to use to reserve restaurants and activities. Speaking of activities, we were the only guests participating at the Swahili Language and Hotel Tour activities while the occupancy rate of the hotel was about 95%. I recommend getting involved while in Zanzibar. Locals appreciate so much the Swahili words/expressions learnt and discovering the hotel premises that are inaccessible to tourists and the management team was a pleasure. The administrative chief is very creative and resourceful, the laundry operation manager is very dedicated and organized and Chef Ali was great explaining us the processes and the reasons behind the very tasty and diverse food courses. I need to emphasize that the food was great every day and in all restaurants. We also liked the fact that there is no limitation to book a la carte restaurants. Chef Ali was so kind to offer some fruits and spices to takeaway. And last, I need to mention Hassan, the head of the restaurant team – he was there every day form the early morning hours until late at night, always watching every detail. We felt great at TUI and we would gladly chose it again: the rooms are clean and spacious, the beach and the views are spectacular, the personnel is great and makes you feel simply 'hakuna matata'.
