Amazing place, beautiful and calm. I recommend this place if you're riding motorcycle, the road is nice and fun.

Not suitable for those with weak knees. The supposed pool up top was quite murky... Though the view from other platforms along the way up was amazing!

Great fixed road 👍 Better on a scooter or motorcycle, parking is definitely an issue. If you drive a car, you'll have to park pretty far away and hike up the hill to the memorial. 2 wheeled vehicles can get closer. Best time to go is early morning on a weekday.

A life time have to visit!

This is a small lake or a pond in high mountain. The name is "Sky Pond" directly translated from its Chinese name. As the meaning of its name, the Sky Pond is elevated by 2,280 meters above sea level. It has a heart-shaped appearance. The water source depends on rainfall and snowmelt. The bottom of the pond is filled with rocks and sand. The average water depth is 1.2 meters and the maximum area is about 1,800 square meters. If you drive by, please drop by it, experiencing a high mountain pond, i.e., Cold, Silent, and Peace.

Excellent views, but traffic can get silly on public holidays. Nevertheless, nice place to be stuck in a traffic jam.

從南橫上來一路陡上的階梯，爬大約15分鐘，往下一段就可以看到了。寂靜且涼爽，池水的草綠色是人為放養及焚香的優養化結果（根據告示牌所言），並非自然產生，不僅水鹿沒了蹤跡，也變相提醒人們愛護自然的重要性。

天池是臺灣高雄市桃源區庫哈諾辛山北方的一座湖泊，也是玉山國家公園南部園區境內一處景點，位於南橫公路長青祠後方，經由台20線行駛至135公里處，再登階經過長青祠，沿步道而行便抵，又或者徒步中之關古道可至天池

天池的海拔高度2,280公尺，外觀呈心狀，水源仰賴降雨以及融雪而來，池底為落石堆積並夾雜泥沙，平均水深1.2公尺，面積約1,800平方公尺

想要去天池就一定得先爬上長青祠，在長青祠後面有個小步道，大概走個10分鐘就到天池了，這裡彷佛時間靜止般幽靜，且保留著最原始的自然風貌！來到南橫千萬不能錯過！

這應該說是高山的蓄水池會隨著雨量的多少，所以每個時間去看都不一樣，我👀是天池像一個❤
