Fuyuan National Forest Recreation Area

Wonderful park. A solid network of trails, both along the river and along a mountain. None of them are too difficult, it took me around 2 hours (at a leisurely pace) to complete the loop. The main attraction of the park is a towering suspension bridge that offers a panoramic view of the entire valley, as well as a tall but small waterfall right below.

They're currently doing some construction along the river, but it's still very peaceful with not a whole lot of people, even on a nice weekend day. You can see lots of butterflies along the trails and hear birds in song. Closer to the entrance, there's a nice little garden and an old but pleasant public hot spring.

The park admission is relatively expensive ($150, and an additional $150 to soak in the hot springs ) but I think it's worth it. I was very impressed. Even though it's out of the way, I think it's one of the best natural attractions in Hualien.

Excellent place for hiking where you hike alongside rivers and waterfalls and up and down the mountain trails. Wear good shoes as the trails could be slippery because of the moss but other than that, it’s a wonderful experience.

Great park with hot springs. Hiking trails through beautiful scenery. Suspension bridge unfortunately broken in 2019. Maintenance work ongoing, so probably fixed soon.

親近山水的好地方，有多條步道可以選擇，風景優美，園內有些人工造景，還有蝴蝶標本展示，看得出當初的用心，不會違和。

清幽好走的步道，設施完善，特色是：
一：園區內有住宿跟溫泉（需另付費）
二：不大但免費且非常有特色的蝴蝶昆蟲展覽館
三：人比想像的少，拍照方便
建議若有閒暇，可考慮安排一整天，走完步道再去蝴蝶谷泡個戶外溫泉！

本來以為會很累，但步道很好走呢!
吊橋很穩不搖晃(可惜🥲)(我愛刺激)
沿著環溪步道1，輕鬆走到富源吊橋
接著走環溪步道2，有些坡度與階梯，小喘也小流汗，沿途風景真的很美!

覺得走到龍吟吊橋，難度指數是7/10, 還好還好~ 慢慢走來回約3小時~

*園區猴子不少，遠遠觀看+快速通過。人猴互不驚擾

也不知道是為了保留原始的大自然而沒有過度開發？還是是人力不足？環境有些雜亂，但是溪水真的非常清澈，但是步道也是真的有欠整理😅😅，如果是帶著老人家腳程不好的，建議你只要走到「看到公廁」就不要再往上走了，因為一過公廁很多上坡石頭階梯，其他部分都還算好走，小朋友在家裡手機看久了，老人家在家裡待久了，來森林步道吸取一下芬多精是很不錯的喔😊😊

腹地廣大、自然美景、空氣新鮮、⋯⋯，值得大家再次前往賞景及運動。只是是花種的比較少。

很棒的步道體驗(賞蝶.賞鳥.聽溪.吊橋.觀瀑.森林浴)~我們一家老小走主步道+環溪步道2+環山步道2的O型路線,路程約5.1K/時間約2.5H,步道從停車場接主步道後,沿溪而行,除深處上龍吟吊橋及過吊橋後一小段處較徒外,其餘皆平緩好走,推薦給大家👍

富源國家森林遊樂区很值得來此一遊,在蝴蝶谷溫泉渡假村住上兩晚很悠閒走登山步道,泡湯享受美食和新鮮空氣身心舒暢,目前只能走環山步道二到達新龍吟吊橋,及環溪步道一和主步道。這裡生態資源非常豐富全台最大的樟樹林,白榕樹,还在約兩萬公噸兩億四千年歷史的巨石…令人感動。此地日據時代稱白川,溪谷有白玉般的石頭,溪水清澈藍得很美。

蝴蝶滿天飛，風景優美，水質清澈見底，但下雨地面濕滑踩在石頭上要小心滑倒摔跤

奇怪走步道時沒有惱人的蚊蠅，是否是溪水有但淡淡的硫磺味。
一泊二食餐點普通，住房內沖水無很燙熱水，但戶外泡溫泉、烤箱、蒸汽房還算不錯。
整體而言適合休閒風格。

瀑步很美 當天因下雨 沒有再往上走去吊橋 回到停車場 遇到森林遊樂區養的兔子 他們也沒圈起來 就讓牠們隨意閒逛 真的是蠻可愛 挺有趣的 蠻適合吃完中餐後來這邊散步
