Pad is wat minder goed onderhouden dan elders in Taroko, maar daardoor wel wat avontuurlijker. Helaas is het pad maar gedeeltelijk open. Na het afdalen weer dezelfde weg terug naar boven.

由西寶至天祥山稜線徙降4oo公尺，沿途用枕木，石砌，䋲索做謢欄，全長2公里，單行約2小時，是年青人好勝的考驗良地，老人，小孩止步。
