Orange Hotel - Ximen Taipei

Orange Hotel is located super near to Ximen Exit 1. We spent three nights there and all the staffs we met are friendly and helpful. The room isn’t big but it is comfy. They even provide an umbrella in the room for the guest to use which is good as Taipei always rain.

Great location, cozy room and great room service cleaning. Just that laundry services in only available at the other branch (hanzhong branch) at a 3min walking distance.

However the soundproof can be improved as sound at pantry is visible when anyone talks.

Love love love the location! 10 minutes walk from Taipei Main Station. If you don’t want to walk, just take the bus that stop right in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk to Ximending market. Such a happening area. Hotel was pretty complete with lots of facilities. Tea corner at almost every level. Soda dispenser at the lobby with snacks. Lounge area was huge complete with chiller filled with yogurt, drinks. Coffee machine as well. Unlimited snacks and fruits too. I got muslim friendly room. Got toilet with bidet, sajjadah, and qiblat arrow. Service was 💯💯💯💯💯

This funky hotel is equipped with stylish decor and high tech. Our room is small but well appointed that we ( two medium size bodies)feel comfortable in the room. The room is clean and quiet. Staff is helpful and good in English. The hotel is very close to Exit 1of Ximena, just 30 seconds walk. Ximen is an exciting place to explore.

This hotel is perfect for its convenient location near the station. Although the rooms are small, it's not a problem if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The shower has good water pressure and hot water, and the hairdryer is powerful. The room also includes a refrigerator and a safe. The door operates with a code displayed from your smartphone, which is quite high-tech. The bed is comfortable in terms of both firmness and size. The lounge area has a PC and a microwave, and there are complimentary fruits, drinks, yogurt, and snacks available 24/7. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location when visiting Taipei for vacation. Less than 5mins walk from Ximen Station Exit 1 and a bus stop with a route to Jiufen (Bus 965) is found in front of the hotel.

We took the free hotel breakfast at the nearby MOS burger. Hotel also provides free beverage, chips and fruits at the basement lounge.

no regrets staying here- there’s a 24h lounge with complimentary drinks/ snacks but most importantly the location was SO convenient. just a 2 minute walk after coming out from Ximen station exit 1! room was a little small but very cozy, thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the staff were all very friendly and nice too. breakfast was provided too at either louisa coffee or MOS burger. highly recommend!

Staff are so lovely and helpful when it comes to directions and were places are! We had some help from the lovely reception staff which helped us find which bus to catch etc . All the rooms are very tidy and clean and have had a comfortable stay so far. Also good location as it’s near a lot of the shops in centre of the city of Taipei! Ps. Love the free snack bar :)

+ Location is good so close subway, easy to bus and close to Ximen market.
+ Have a snacks, drink , fruit, place to eat at under ground.
+ Air Conditioner is so good, I almost didn't want to get out of bed.
+ The room size looks small, but there is a compartment under the bed can put 2 suitcases comfortably.
+ Cute room and many plugs.

- Toilet does not retain smell , the glass doors have compartments above and below, But there is also a smell absorber.

The Orange Hotel was a great experience while quarantining. On the day of arrival I was pleasantly surprised to see a bag of welcoming gifts, from phone stands to containers, wafers, thermometers - the Orange Hotel really did provide me with resources for surviving quarantine. Along with this I was given three meals a day, and they were kind enough to accommodate to my dietary specifications. The hotel comes with a really nice bathroom, bed and TV - I believe for this price this is truly exceptional! When running out of stock the staff are very friendly and quick to provide with any necessities, I honestly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in dire need to quarantine after their arrival into Taiwan. If also in the need to study Chinese, the hotel TV has channels with Chinese subtitles or channels in French and English.

Nice and clean hotel, perfect for solo travelers and couples. The glass panel separating the toilet from the room has gap at the top which may be abit embarrassing for friends sharing the room. Good water pressure for shower. Basement offers snacks and drinks all day which is nice. Hotel is near exit 1 of xmd station. Easy to get around. One of the better hotel in xmd in my opinion.

The receptionists are all very sweet. It’s very relaxing and quiet. From my room, we get to see the sunrise.

We stayed 4 nights here. Efficient friendly helpful reception staff. Clean rooms with good size bath and toilet. Awesome location, like 30m from one of the Ximen Metro entrance.

Highly recommended. Will come and stay again when in Taipei.

The distance from the airport to here is kind of far but was easy to find and was worth it. Checking in was super fast and efficient. Really nice place, staff was friendly and helpful excellent customer service. The room has everything I need to survive the week. Clean hotel room and happy they provided a good amount of water (6 2Lbottles)(: The procedures they have are easy to understand in mandarin and in English. It was very thoughtful for them to provide a small gift bag for me on my arrival. Despite it being rainy for the week of my stay the view was nice to intake from the bed. Don’t be afraid to order stuff online (some amenities, small things from 7-11 or maybe some bubble tea) the staff is happily to help delivery to our room. The meals provided are around the area are tasty and nice for them to provide the menu with the QR code so I know what I’m getting into. 24/7 assistance if needed personally I used LINE to contact them. I would recommend checking in at this place to quarantine or for travel. I would definitely come back here again next time I’m back.

I forgot valuable stuff at the hotel and the staff kept it and offered to ship it to my country. There is also a 24-hr lounge at the basement with various snacks and drinks. The room is cozy and clean. Recommended!

Rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location is near to a lot of convenient stores, coffee shops and just minutes away from the night market and mrt stations.

From the moment I arrived in Taiwan, the hotel customer service had reached me via the LINE messages and kindly reminded me to obtain a receipt from the taxi, so I can claim it back from the hotel. That took me a surprise.

I stayed here for 7 days in hotel quarantine, due to the current COVID-19 policy in Taiwan. When I arrived by taxi in Taipei. The hotel doesn't have a clear sign or entrance outside of the building, but soon the staff came out to help with check-in. During the stay, staff have been nice and friendly. Responsive whenever I have questions. Daily checking on my health conditions.

The room I have is pretty tiny but cozy. Good enough for myself. The downside is the bathroom has no window, so I have to leave my AC on to dehumidify. Also the pillow and blanket smell a little bit damp, but it doesn't affect the quality of my sleep. The bed is comfortable and the sheet is clean. It has a big TV in the room. It would be even better, if I can sync my screen to the TV via Apple TV or Chromecast.

In terms of meals, they're included in my booking. Each meal was all different and tasty. But I was often too hungry. I would order something else from the food delivery app. The staff member delivers it to my front door. The location of the hotel is great, so you have plenty to choose from.

The location of the hotel is next to a main road, but surprisingly it's not too distracting. I'm able to have good night's sleeps. Highly recommended for people who have a budget but want to stay in a decent hotel for the time being.

My daughter and I stayed in a room here for our 14 night quarantine. I'm so pleased with our choice of hotel. The staff is fantastic (friendly and very efficient), the rooms are modern (huge bed, huge TV, western style bathroom), the wifi is great and they provided all of the amenities we need for cleaning, and refilled without issues. The communication with the staff has been so pleasant, which makes this whole experience so much easier. My husband and son are staying here as well and the Orange Hotel staff were kind enough to even transfer some items we put in the wrong bag between our two rooms!! Such a kind gesture that they didn't have to do. The rooms are small but considering the great price and high quality of service would recommend them to future travelers. 謝謝，Orange Hotel Ximen!
