Went here yesterday to buy drinks. The staff was really helpful & kind. Normal famart store, clean place.

알바하시는 분인지 점장님인지 모르겠지만 엄청 친절하세요! 이지카드가 카운터 근처에 없어서 물어봤더니 꺼내주시고 손님이 좀 몰렸는데도 친절하게 응대해주셨습니다! :)

Received a rude “huh” by the lady on the counter when i order hot chocolate. I couldn’t see very well the menu at the back as things were stacking up blocking the view. When she did my order, she mumble something about why i ordered hot chocolate…

Sorry i dont speak mandarin but doesn’t mean i don’t understand rudeness

Inconsistent service level. Witness a few times, customers were waiting and ask staff to assist to make payment. The staff does not seem to notice at all and just carry on packing items on the shelves. Some staff were polite. But generally i don’t see friendly or welcoming faces whenever I go in.

我每天去的店，買東西結帳付錢，手機也已經打開載具條碼畫面放桌上給店員掃，結果店員找錢給我還附一張發票，我當下詢問掃載具了怎麼還有發票？店員居然口氣很差的說，我沒看到手機啊，幫你重新刷一次就好，不用這樣態度說話。
拜託！我只是詢問，誰口氣差了，我直接拒絕說不用了，我詢問一下要被「妳」兇？！要不是我喜歡吃全家的沙拉，才專程每天早上去買，林北不願意再去有這位店員在的全家便利店，我情願走遠一點去買也不想被店員兇！

整理完錢後直接觸碰飲料的飲用口及杯緣，提醒後仍再一次於未消毒的情況下接觸飲品

看他按了收音機去弄別人微波的東西

結果他一臉超臭超跩的說 還沒按完
更扯的是 微波的可可 不只衛生紙沒給 連打開的封口也沒壓起來直接放桌上給客人
真的是第一次看到這種的
