Four-Eight Highland

At here , you can easily have a great view of The Pacific Ocean . And most importantly ,it’s not a well know sightseeing spot . So you can stay here for a long time without being disturb from other tourist .
Here you will experience a big wing. So you better have a cloth or court on side .
Remember take your camera batteries ,because it’s a beautiful place .

Quite a nice area to stop by. We were looking for the tunnel but we were amazed by the flower garden right next to it. The tunnel is quite long and it took about 10 minutes to hike to the end. You get rewarded for your "long" walk with beautiful ocean views.

Definitely worth visiting. The trail is accessible either on foot or by a bicycle. Great views of the ocean and the coastline alongside numerous photo-op locations. Keep an eye out for the weather though before visiting

Such a wonderful spot to overlook seven star beach! We also enjoyed the easy walk along the bike lane toward the highland.

Very nice view. Sunrise is very beautiful. A must go if you are in Hualien.

Actually not really easy to get here, so it is so-called "secret spot"

Really worth to come for having a walk and enjoy the best elevated scenery from the cliff. The view is great that can see the whole sea shore of Qixingtan beach together with the beautiful mountains!
If you lucky enough, can see the military flight taking off and landing practice!
Really worth to have a walk here and enjoy the wind, scenery and the sound of waves!

The view is better than 7 stars lake park and fewer visitors
