Qixingtan Seaside Park

Awesome place for the family and kids. It has a pebble/rocky beach where you and your kids can throw rocks into the ocean for hours

Seaside park of Qixingtan that I visited was wonderful. With not so heavy wave we can enjoy the seaside while playing around with the sands and the colourful pebbles. In summer, I suggest you to visit the seaside after 4pm, so you can enjoy the beautiful view even more without having too much of sunburn.

Super beautiful! Bring own food and drinks or be prepared to pay slightly inflated prices to the vendors. The beach and water is worth it. Bring slippers so you can enjoy the water easily.

The pure blue. The amazing scene. The Pacific ocean. The stunning wave. I enjoy the most beautiful place in Taiwan.

Best time of visit : big sunny day.
Visited here during winter season but the sun is scorching, therefore the weather is around 30 degree celsius. Blue skies, blue ocean. Great atmosphere for calm minds. Recommend to stare at the waves because it is so mesmerizing. TOUCH GRASS SEE WATER EVERYONE

Very beautiful location. The colour of the ocean's wave is really soo beautiful. Dont recommend weekend, thursday is already kind packed with visitors.

Rubbish bin available but not easily found. Manage your rubbish wisely and take care of the environment:)

Its location is not too far from Hualiang downtown. Bike trails are available for bikers. Plenty parking spots. The mobile food stands are attractive.
We visited it in the afternoon so we won't get sun burn. We have time to search for Rose stone which can be found here!!

A very long stretch of beautiful pebble beach. The beach is filled with beautiful stones. You can spend hours walking and picking through some beautiful lovely stones. The sounds of the waves is awesome.

We saw some dead puffle fish - not sure why they died ... Poor things.

Beautiful ocean Qixintan Seaside Park. If you love nature this place should put on your list. Worth to visit. Fresh air good for your lungs amazing seaside with beautiful colourful stone and marble. Once you arrive your body and mind will have comfort sensation.....next time I will visit again.

Much visit place in hualien if you like sea which meets sky. Ferocious sea, light breeze and full of pebbles. After spending time at the beach gazing clouds hanging over the mountains, you can take a walk in the park. If you are in hualien for more than a day, then do not miss this place. And please keep in mind, you hardly get taxi to get back from here so arrange your own transportation. Public buses are once in an hour.

Gorgeous park, with beautiful views of the ocean and pebble-beach. Busses come every hour or so, and there are stalls selling jewelry and snacks to take a peek at as well. Just don't get too close to the water, the waves go higher up and are faster than you think!

A beach without a grain of sand. Very relaxing to just sit down and watch the wave of the ocean. The sea of clouds over the mountains at the back is added magic.

Great area for long shoreline walks, playing on the beach or just hang out to get a sun tan! Beautiful shorelines!

The seaside had a really great view of the Pacific Ocean along with the beautiful rocks on the ground. Not very crowded and has a pretty clean washroom near the carpack. Food stores can also be found near the car park serving drinks and pork sausages. Worth a visit!

Wonderful area! Easy to reach by public transport or even by bike from Hualien.
Unfortunately it's not the best place for swimming in the ocean.

Always a pleasure to visit. The beautiful pebble beach losts so much of it's amazing pebbles. What a shame. I only wish visitors wouldn't have taken so many beautiful stones home with then for the past decades... These pebbles are truly one of a kind and exquisite!

Very unique beach as it doesnt have sand but filled with rock. Perfectly non sharpen rock, with diffent size. If the rocks are natural made, then it is truly wonders!

Came here almost every year but seems like this year the big stone and rocks are missing. I guess by next year this place will become sandy beaches like any other beaches.

Extremely beautiful! Look out to the Pacific and see fishing boats and large ships on the horizon.
