I purchased a new mattress at the Neihu store today. Although I have not taken delivery of the mattress, I did want to immediately give a 5-star review to the sales rep Michael. I am an English-only speaker and he is a Mandarin-only speaker, but somehow he so very patiently tended to all my questions. It took some time, but Michael was very patient and did a great job going over the different options for my particular needs. The store was also extremely well-kept and welcoming - no clutter, which turns me off. Great job!

Great experience here, I came looking for a mattress and bedframe and found exactly what I was looking for well within my budget. Nyle (秉辰) was so helpful with explaining the different types of beds, giving me options and time to try, without being pushy! The items here are value for money and I would definitely recommending checking it out.

They have a lot of options at this place, Michael helped me pick out a perfect mattress for my 1 year lease. Highly recommend for budget friendly high quality mattress
