Costco Neihu Store

I had a great experience visiting this Costco. Some similar products to the US but also a lot different, including the baked goods and food court. US membership cards and Costco Visa accepted. Lots of samples to try when I was there.

1350 ntd for the yearly membership. Definitely worth it if you plan to come here at least 2 times. It's also the cheapest place on the world to get the membership, and it will work worldwide.
I like to come here just for the food served right after the counters. awesome and high quality western food for really cheap. the hotdog 50ntd, pizza 70ntd, salad 130. 20ntd for the cup of drink with unlimited refill. If you want something to drink without sugar, go on the coke one , and push half of the pressure. It will just serve you sparkling water, if you push the full pressure, it will be coke+sparkling water

This outlet has a wide selection of merchandise which I can always find what I want here. The staffs are friendly and attentive to details.

Nice marketplace to run errands. Find some goods which I used to have in the US.

I have a Costco membership from Canada and wanted to drop by and see what Costco in Taipei looked it. It's like Costco in NA expect Asian and cleaner.

We really enjoyed browsing the unique and different asian items offered here that aren't usually seen in NA.

Fun to buy things in bulk to get bargains and some things aren't sold elsewhere.

I recently had an issue with the shipment scheduling of my sofa from Costco. Mistakes happen, I've made a few myself just today. Despite the delay, I was impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. They were genuinely apologetic, helpful, and even waived the shipping expense. Additionally, when the sofa couldn't fit up my staircase, they facilitated the return without any fees. As someone with customer service experience, I can confidently say that the staff I interacted with were highly trained and committed to achieving the best outcome for me. And they did all of this in very good English. Outstanding service!

I love to go there to get my cheese, butter and oils. The traffic was light on a Friday afternoon, we were able to take our time and check out some new items.

The new Costco's credit card富邦 is not ready until Aug 8, don't forget to bring Cathay's card, or you will need to pay by cash.
