Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Kızımın ilk doğum gününde bunların yüzünden hüsran yaşadım. "İYİ Kİ DOĞDUN" yazılı folyo balonlar aldım ancak içindeki 3 adet - İ- harfi eksik çıktı. Ertesi gün 30 km yol katederek dükkana tekrar uğrayıp eksik çıktığını söyledim fakat oralı bile olmadıkları için lafı uzatmadan yenisini ücreti mukabilinde satın aldım. Bir gün önce 15 tl ye aldığım balonları bu defa 30 liraya sattılar. Umarım insanlar bu yorumumu okur da benim gibi mağdur olmazlar. İşletme sahibi ise sanıyorum daha özenli olacaktır.
