Kebapçı Halil Usta

I think is one of the best kebab i had in Turkey, I ordered the Halil Usta Special, it was nice and hot, the meats were juicy, not dry at all and well seasoned. Not like the normal kebab restaurant. Baklava also great, the pastry was not soggy, the sweetness just right, finally, all the staff were so welcoming, highly recommend.

Nice food and nice dining atmosphere. Good service they suggest you what to eat if you get confused.

Love their Kuşleme and the mixed kebap plate. Their salad is so delicious as well. They usually serve hot fresh bread though, but last time it was cold and not as tasty as it used to be.

One of the best restaurants in Gaziantep, if it is not the best. Wonderful, tasty meat and kebap . Very good quality of meat, well spiced ,so soft . Very good taste. If you are visiting the city better take a taxi . Far from city center. Prices reasonable with this kind of quality. They buy also sweets, said to be nice also, I didn't try . They open early from 10 morning and close very early at 5 p.m .

Great experience here.. unique place to enjoy a terrific lunch. No menu - spicy/not, mixed/standard - that’s it.. The food comes out quickly and is so good.. the vibe is very fun, with people from all walks of life coming to enjoy.. very nice staff.. excellent baklava to finish…very easily recommend to others

Some pretty authentic Aintep hospitality and tastes at its finest. I loved the food quite equally with I loved the friendly chat with the staff. Apparently, you can order baklava to be shipped to any city in Turkey.

Here is the best meat one can eat in Turkey. Portions have perfect size, taste is delicious, service is excellent and, if you are a foreigner, chances are that people here know something about your country. I, personally, felt like home!

Regular shish kebab is better than Küşleme although its even more fameous. I love the communial sitting and complementary salad which was spicy delicious. Normal şiş kebabi, küşlemesinden bile güzel.

had kusleme. loved it. 58 TL including Ayran and dessert. the place is a bit out of the way but totally worth it. Staff was friendly.

They serve very tasty kebab made from special lamb meat because of the taste 😋 👌. Lamb pieces are so tender and the salad has unique flavor and very juice. Finally there baklava belongs to Gaziantep baklava family. Service is wonderful and very fast with smiles. 5/5

Küşleme is the best

Went there for lunch and really enjoyed it. Very busy as expected but the staff managed to fit us (group of six) within minutes. The food is extremely delicious with just a few items on the menu. We were served our meals within 5 minutes of being seated with the meat fresh off the charcoal grill.

Make sure you order the Ayran (buttermilk) which is served in a unique bronze goblet. Price was 40₺ per head or about $11. Very reasonable for the amount and more importantly for the quality of the food. Meat lovers will really enjoy this place.
