Botanik Hotel

Wonderful hotel, service, food, cleanliness, order. There is a heated swimming pool.
Very large hotel area, everything is very tidy and maintained. Service at the highest level.
Nightlife isn’t all fun at the moment, but activities can always be found with good company.
There are nightclubs and the bartenders are very friendly. The bartenders Enes Ozbek, Halil Ozbek and Yusuf Erbey, who bring roller drinks to the pool, are always helpful, cheerful and attentive. Thanks to them for the delicious cocktails and service. Thanks to Darija Shakira and Toxxan Myrat at the information center. Thank you to your hotel for a wonderful holiday. It will be a sad Friday to leave this hotel, but we will definitely be back with you.

Great hotel, top service. The right place to come with your family if you really want to relax, unwind and enjoy. Food, entertainment or service is not known which is better.

Hotel is modernly designed and is always clean. Staff was mostly friendly. BUT they should replace or fire that hotel nurse - she was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The beach is very stony, so couldnt enjoy it much. They have nice shows in amphitheatre at 21:30 every night. The food is ok. The slides were great. Pools were nice. What I didnt like is that communications - most of the servers/waiters cant speak english or german. They dont understand what sparkling water is.

Gorgeous place, 100m to the sea, big choose of meal and drinks. Nice animation team and evening show programm. Nice bars, bartenders and hotel personal at all. Everybody is smiling and will help in case of any problems you got. I recommend this place absolutely. 10/10. Used to have holidays there for 7 times, this summer is an 8 time. Big thanks to the owner, personal and special thanks to the restaurant chef!

Very nice hotel, friendly personnel, good food and amusement. Only disadvantage for me was that the hotel was overcrowded. We stayed there 21-30.08.2019. if that is a problem for you, you should think of coming there in the end of September. We had some problems on check in (the rooms that we got first were in an old building) but people on reception were so kind to switch the rooms on our request 6212&6217. I would consider this hotel for my next vacation. Thanks.

I've given five stars as this is the maximum. But it deserves more stars. We spent there the leave with two children, one for 13 years and one for one year and four months, and there was nothing to discontinue. Excellent location, impeccable service, rich and varied meals.

I had such a beautiful time there with my family.I must say everything was perfect.You can do a lot of things, there are so many activities for childrens and for adults.The pools are very clean. Staff is very friendly and very helpful, but the most part of them can barely speak english.The only thing we didn't like and bothered us, is that even they don't know from where you are, in every ocassion they speak directly to you in russian.Food is ok, a lot of variations. I think that definitely next year, i'm going to choose again one of your hotels for my vacation.:)

I just turned back from my holiday in Delphin Botanik Platinum... Beatiful place, a lot to do, great cleanliness, gentle staff, but just a few are english speakers... I loved being here, the ala carte resturants are fantastic...
